We had a thoroughly positive experience with key conveyancing solicitors from start to finish. It was our first family house move and Olivia was amazing. She responded to my emails very quickly and was always happy to answer my sometimes ‘silly’ questions. Olivia and Charlie were always very efficient, friendly and helpful and money owed to us was paid straight away on completion day. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again although we will not be moving again for a very long time!!

Olivia has been extremely efficient throughout the process of buying and selling our house. She was in constant communication with us and always responded to emails / phone calls the same day. We'd definitely recommend her to anyone we know!

He listened explained and guided me through the processes..finding ways to get me the time to process the information and being willing to take a call just because I was spiraling about having maybe put a signature in the wrong place or not being able to do something. The portal was also easy to use once I got over my panic. He was patience and kindness personified. The company itself is amazing a lady called Grace has also been kind and helpful. When a previous attempt fell through due to my personalrcumstances they were kind abd supportive. .They do have offices if you want to go and see them. And I found Innocent's calmness helped me negotiate the estate agents frantic pressurised conversation. They were also about 300 quid cheaper than the estate agents recommendation and very professional

Didnt have the best experience with this company, however it wasn't completely straightforward conveyancing, be cautious if not straightforward. The main issue was that I was helping my parents to sell their house and key conveyancing had been dealing with myself throughout. We had all been through identification, but my name was not on the sale. Firstly I had to get them to correct the initial documents where I was included despite providing clear information on the portal at the start that I am only helping. The lack of any real thought came about on the day of exchanging contracts where they said they needed proof of power of attorney. I fail to understand how it got to exchange day and it hadn't cropped up before, so this caused a delay. And then finally on completion day a similar issue cropped up which I was only phoned about around 11am when the contents of the house were packed up! It was sorted but in both the last instances, could've been avoided and would've caused a lot less stress. Generally I never got any meaningful updates on the status of the chain with only 3 parties, despite a lot of requests and had to thoroughly review the tenancy agreement myself. Perhaps the review is normal but I have been given more guidance on this with other solicitors.

If you’re looking for someone reliable to handle conveyancing, I can’t recommend Accursio enough. I’ve worked with him on multiple property purchases and sales, and he’s been consistently excellent, quick to respond, clear in his communication, and always on top of things. He takes a lot of the usual stress out of the process because you know nothing’s slipping through the cracks. Even when things get a bit complicated, he stays calm and gets it sorted without drama. It’s rare to find someone this efficient and easy to deal with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or point others his way.

Olivia has the patience of a saint! She has looked after us through what started out as the purchase of a different property over 6 months ago. Unfortunately we had to pull our offer due to issues on the seller's side, Olivia kept us updated all the way through a frustrating process for us all. When we found a second property, Olivia made the transition between the two straight forward and I am pleased to say we have now exchanged - completion due next Monday! Thanks for all of your help, will will certainly use you for future acquisitions!
