Worst!
One of the worst customer experiences in the past 9 years I have lived in Netherlands. Ordered an item 3 weeks ago and there is no update on what is going on. Sent multiple emails and the customer help line always goes on waiting. After a week I get response saying the email will be forwarded to the respective department with no real update on what exactly is going on! This would be the last time I ever order anything with kijkshop. Utterly disappointed. Please respond with a proper update or cancel and refund the money immediately!
Update: Got email stating order is not in stock after 3 weeks of waiting and order is cancelled and refund will be done in 15 days. Pathetic! Frustrated! Never will I order with them in the future.

i have order the item monday last week
i have order the item monday last week, and expected to use it end of that week.But did not arrive cause of some unknown reason from the delivery. im a bit disappointed cause the reason why i order it so i can use it for some importnat matter last week.Though now it says on the way to deliver but already useless,..thanks anyways!!

I ordered Iphone on their website last week Friday. Got information that will be delivered Tuesday. Received mail that package is delayed and silent. No responding via email no one answered on the phone. It got flustered becouse i am without phone now. Status on delayed still. No one interested. I hope i will receive my order this week. Otherwise i will be very angry. If someone will be nice enough to at least inform me when i can expect my order..... very very frustrating. Bad service. Now i see that not only I struggle with waiting for my order. I understand that is busy because of lock down but they should include this in waiting time during the ordering. Not showing “delivery Wednesday “ if they know they are busy. Just add those 2-3 days to delivery date and no one is disappointed...
UPDATE- I called to kijkshop twice, once Thursday and i was told that they will send my order evening or next day, I called Friday and i was told they will send my order evening and it will receive i today. Nothing was sent i did not receive any tracking link on their website my order still have status “delayed”. I am furious now. I’ve been lied twice from them. No one cares. Whole week they had no time to send my order. Last time I ordered from Kijkshop anything... I am angry disappointed and they lied to me twice!!!!!

Great customer service! I had some questions about a product and they where of a great help. Package arrived in time and I am very happy with my new Apple watch!

Trouble getting a refund
Returned a purchase on 6 December. Received confirmation that it was returned and told so would receive my refund within 10 days. After 6 weeks, two calls and an email I was told today that my money was sent to my bank today. I will believe it when I see it. Update: refund has now been received.

The worst customer service, unreliable, false promises
I ordered the iPad on December 18, it said on the website that there are 5 left in the stock and that it will be delivered to me on December 23. I have never received track&trace, I haven't received a single email about the status of my order, except the notification on Kijkshop account where it only says "delayed". I called a couple of times where I was being given the promises of delivery this week, which of course didn't happen. Moreover, 2 days after I ordered the iPad, they stopped having this model of the iPad on their website. It was out of stock apparently. I canceled my order on December 25 and asked for a refund. They still haven't sent the refund even if it passed more than 14 days which they said is the maximum period within they refund the money. Kijkshop when can I expect to get my money refunded? I am really starting to lose my patience, this is so unacceptable. Don't ever buy anything in Kijkshop!!
