Useless Customer Support Number
I've been calling for the past hour about a package that was returned and received on the 29th of December. Their phone number is available on the website but even after several attempts no one answers and all I get is 10 minutes of elevator music after which they say we don't have anyone available and they hang up. This has been a terrible experience, I've never see anything like this happen in the Netherlands. Will wait for their "appropriate time of 2 weeks" after which I'll report to the consumer help agency.

I ordered an item from Kijkshop, but it arrived broken. The customer service desk has been extremely slow in resolving this issue. I am very unhappy with the service and will most likely never order from this platform again.

Wrong product sent!
I ordered Tekirdag Gold Raki, but received Yeni Raki (cheaper). I wrote to customer services to change the product but didn't receive any feedback. I ordered the drink for New Year Celebration with the friends, but couldn't enjoy it!

Costumer service and product quality: Be aware before you buy!
One of the products I've bought online in Kijkshop as Christmas gift, the MEGABLEU Geestenvlucht, broke by normal playing, just after a few days. The 'drone', after flying, broke when it hit the floor. This 'drone' was design to fly, right?? I've tried to repair it, no success, so I've complained to Kijkshop.
Kijkshop's answer: "Unfortunately from the pictures we see that this is damage of usage. Because of this we are unable to refund 'Geestenvlucht'"
My conclusion: Kijkshop costumer service is a big disappointment, and quality of this product is very low/none. Eventually this may apply to other products, issues and/or complaints. Be aware!

It is now almost one month since I ordered the Ipad. The website said that there are 4 in the stock? I was waiting for a week and then decided to ask for a refund. I still haven't received the refund even though it passed 14 days which was the maximum period Kijkshop is obliged to return the money. I will proceed with more rigid measures and also make sure that nobody I know ever buys in Kijkshop. This is unacceptable. Stay away from this shop.

I ordered the iPad on December 18, it said on the website that there are 5 left in the stock and that it will be delivered to me on December 23. I still haven't received my track&trace, I haven't received a single email about the status of my order, except the notification on Kijkshop account where it only says "delayed". I called a couple of times where I was being given the promises of delivery this week, which of course didn't happen. Now on their website, there is no models of the iPad that I ordered. Does it mean that they are not in the stock anymore? I haven't got any information about that, let alone the trace&track link. Kijkshop, what do you plan to do about this mess? If you don't have this iPad in your stock anymore and if you don't communicate clearly about what is happening about my order then I want the money back.

Wrong Stock Information, They Are Not Refunding
Wrong stock information, order not delivered, refund takes forever!
I ordered a monitor from Kijkshop.nl on 17-11-2020 and according to the website, there were 18 items in stock and it supposed to be delivered next day.
The next day I have received an email saying that there is a "small" delay and they were expecting shipment in 3 days. Of course, it didn't ship.
I canceled my order because of the uncertainty of delivery. They said, cancellation put through successfully and they said, refund will take place tomorrow (the day after they send me this confirmation email).
Days passed, still no refund.
Stock information on the website clearly incorrect. And it takes milliseconds to take the payment, but refund takes forever. They are literally holding my money now. This is a very unpleasant experience.
I definitely do not recommend this website. Pay more but make your transactions from a decent shop.

Update: 02/12/2020: Haven't received any reply yet. Neither to my customer support emails, or nobody contacted with me regarding the comment below.
Update: 03/12/2020: Refund issued.
Update: 04/12/2020: PayPal refund is still pending. Apparently they issued the refund but didn't paid that amount to PayPal yet. Looks like they are still storage.
Update 15/12/2020: PayPal refund canceled. It couldn't go through. This website is clearly a fraud. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE.
