I would not really recommend buying…

I would not really recommend buying anything from kijkshop because they do not put all of the information about a product in the description of the product. I had ordered a MacBook Air 2020 but I had to send it back because it had the wrong keyboard layout and it wasn’t even mentioned or written in the description, only on the bill after I had paid for it. After which, I had called their customer service and asked what I can do since I ordered the wrong product and they said to refuse it at the door. The delivery person didn’t even ring my doorbell and just left it in front of my house. Called the customer service again, they said to request a return for the product. Did that, even sent them the new track and trace code. Received a notification from PostNL that it was delivered and I called the customer service to just confirm if it was delivered or not. The guy on the other end was a complete idiot. He wasn’t even looking for the new track and code but after telling him multiple times that I sent an email, he eventually “found it” and said that it was delivered and I will receive an email with further instructions for the refund. Still haven’t received anything. I highly don’t recommend ordering from kijkshop.

HORRIBLE customer service

Bought a 1500 euro laptop to start school with. It arrived with some sort of hardware defect. Freezes every time it boots.

I have registered it for a return on their website, no response. I've sent 3 emails, no response.
If you try calling them there's "no one available".
Not able to start studying because I'm stuck with a broken laptop for over 2 weeks now with NO RESPONSE at all from kijkshop. Completely unacceptable. This was a massive investment for me and I feel I've been robbed.

Problem fixed with a smile

I made a mistake when entering my email address. Niels knew why I was calling even before he picked up. Issue was easily fixed and everything was done with a smile. Excellent experience.

Near Fraudulent lack of replies

My brother ordered a crucial piece of equipment for his work from home on the 31st of March. When the delivery company, DPD failed to come deliver stating that we weren't home which is impossible given that we are quarantined (obviously this is not Kijkshop's fault), they returned the package to Kijkshop. The package has been returned to Kijkshop on the 3rd of April and despite numerous e-mails and phone calls we have not heard ANYTHING back. I can understand that they are overloaded due to the pandemic, but after a month of not hearing back over a EUR 160 piece of equipment I think we can stop speaking of incompetence and start speaking of fraud! Don't order from them, the slightest issue will go unresolved!

Despite a reply on the 23rd that the refund was scheduled for that week, my brother has not yet seen a single cent...

BAD post service

I bought a Hoofdtelefoon PHILIPS SHB7000 date 18/12/2013
I use it with care and i paid for it €60
The jack for loading got broken, but i did nothing else that use it as it is logical.
Even that the product is guaranteed for 24 months, the lady in the shop didn't wants to accept the product to get fixed.
She said that particular issue wans't guaranteed.

I feel cheated.

I already chose few times products from Kijkshop offerts. They was always on time and always work good. Also there was no problems with retour product if i change my mind. Im still gonna chose this way to buy something intresting for me!
