Positive experience. The camera was as described and works as intended, decent delivery speed and well packaged.

I went to order a camera strap directly from Peak Design. After ten days of radio silence on a delivery date, I was told it was actually out of stock and it may be months for it to be delivered. I cancelled that order and placed one for the same camera strap sold by London Camera Exchange. I had delivery tracking information very quickly after and the parcel was delivered the next day; quick, efficient and straightforward service from start to finish. Would definitely use them again for any future camera related purchases.

I have had two very positive experiences with LCE recently. The first involved purchasing a Canon mirrorless camera and the second a Leica camera. My first port of call for both was the Gloucester branch. They put my name on the waiting list for the Canon, and it duly came in some weeks later.
When I contacted them a month later about the Leica they advised I contacted the Bristol branch as there were none in stock in Gloucester. That went well too, and the Leica specialist who assisted with the purchase was very helpful.
So, I have had two very successful experiences with Gloucester LCE who even put me in touch with the Bristol branch for the Leica rather than persuading me to wait while it was transferred to them.
My thanks to both branches.

I often go to LCE for my camera gear, its efficient, and fast. You get what you pay for, but these people know what they are doing and do it with a smile. :)

My buying experience was good, the products were reasonable prices and the delivery quick, BUT I didn't like the email you a link option. I found this slow for one particular item which unfortunately the link was that late I bought elsewhere..

I visited the Gloucester branch yesterday where I was greeted by Nigel &Chris to trade in my photographic equipment I found them both very helpful considering my camera and binocular requirements had a very good deal they were not pushy at all which I like I took my time was not rushed and came away 1 happy chap would not hesitate to recommend visiting if you have equipment you want to trade in 10/10

They were very knowledgeable about the products they were selling and nothing was a problem even to set up a scope and tripod for me to try out.
(Chris) listened to any questions I asked and answered them all.
I ordered my new scope over the phone and once again (Chris) made the whole transaction very easy Thankyou.

I’ve made 2 purchases from LCE within the last week, my 1st experience using this company and all I can say is, they’re outstanding! I’ve never dealt with a company with such fab customer services and an eagerness to help the customer.

My 1st order was from the Gloucester shop, which was confirmed, shipped and received very quickly, unfortunately at no fault to LCE the lens arrived with some damage, upon contacting the shop, Joe? Immediately rectified this by sourcing an identical lens from another location and getting it to me within 2 days at no cost. Was such a refreshing experience, Give Joe a raise!

Second purchase was from the Nottingham shop, ordered, shipped and received the following day with no issue, smooth and easy transaction.
