I am so glad I found this website. I was being hounded by Bank Smart and got in touch. Nick Spooner has been an absolute legend in his dealings. He supported me all the way and took charge in dealing with the Ombudsman on my behalf. I cannot thank him enough. I have had anxiety, stress, sleepless nights over the threatening behaviour of Bank Smart and then MIL. The end result is that the charges were overturned and everything got cancelled... finally i can have my life back. Nick Spooner deserves an MBE in my opinion; he has "saved" the lives of so many people. What an absolutely brilliant group Legal Beagles is. Thank you so much for all your hard work Nick and co. Keep up the good work and i hope this company Bank Smart are taken down for good. Forever indebted to the work you have put in on my behalf.

Legal beagles have been a fantastic support, free independent legal support of what to do and how to respond in a case. They are absolute angels who make a scary situation a lot more bearable. Thank you to everyone at legal beagles for everything you have done.

After signing up to Bank Smart I have had 18 months of hell with them. They invoiced me for over £3000 even though there was no PPI. I am a pensioner living solely on my pension and they did not care and threatened me with court action. I found Legal Beagles by chance and they actually saved my life. I was suicidal due to their threats and other stuff going on. They didn’t care. They are heartless. My knight in shining armour came along his name is Nick Spooner and the nightmare was lifted. He was amazing. So understanding and reassuring and advised me every step of the way by reading all the paperwork, sending me templates of what to say and was there for me. He replied to all my emails immediately and was so compassionate. The end result was him involving the ombudsman and getting Bank Smart to cancel all invoices and getting me compensation from them. I was sceptical at first as to how much it would cost me but Nick assured me there was no fees to Legal Beagles and he just cannot bear injustices. Nick there are not enough words to say how incredibly grateful I am to you and for your kindness, compassion and fighting these fraudulent companies until the end. Thank you so very much. Received very informative concise responses to issues I raised that needed clarifying in both Employment & Small Claims Court cases. Always prompt and clear on detail and inspire confidence to deal with matters that would require time and expense spent engaging legal advice that could be expensive

Where do I start !
I contacted Legalbeagles forum because I was being harassed by a PPI company Bank Smart who were accusing me of being in breach of contract.
I cannot thank Nick from Legalbeagles enough for his hard work and commitment to helping me, and a lot of other people who have been ripped off by SkankSmart!

I was being chased by Banksmart for over £3000 for PPI claims that they said I had signed up for with them.

The hard work, commitment, dedication and communication that I received was outstanding. He was a real life saver in helping me win my case against Banksmart by taking them to the Ombudsman and winning my case against them, I really didn’t have a clue where to start and how to fight them.

The free advice, support and template given to me was used to dispute a dubious Parking Charge Notice that caused me stress and inconvenience. It resulted in cancellation. 100% VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This is my second review as I feel I need to submit another positive review of Legalbeagles. They have continued to help and support me through what I think is a nightmare. A legal issue. LegalBeagles is a site that I only found when I did a Google search in the hope of finding a website that offered a forum where I could ask for advice with a personal legal problem - and I am very thankful that I found it!
Honestly, it is a great website run by genuine intellectual people who know what the right thing to say is.
I also think LegalBeagles has attracted the right members who care about doing the right thing by giving opinions in a meaningful way instead of being like the 'trolls' one sometimes finds on other internet forums.
All in all I highly rate LegalBeagles and will recommend it to other people in the future.

The site has literally saved my life with the advice provided for free about my situation. So grateful for this service and would highly recommend others to use this for any issues you may have. Thanks again

Went to legal beagles for help and advice, found them really useful. They were also very rapid in there responses.

This site has been a godsend to me during the past few years. With their help I have been to court twice and won twice.
They help "translate" your defence into the legal jargon that courts expect and understand, or they will open your eyes to a line of defence that may never have occurred to you.....and amazingly they will do it for free!

I cannot deny that being taken to court is stressful and time consuming but if you heed the advice given and put in the effort then they will give you the confidence to face the court.

I don’t believe all the positive reviews these clowns have been given. I’d give them negative stars if I could. Following their advice cost me nearly £300.

I asked for help with a private parking charge notice. The whole sorry business dragged on for about 4 months, and getting responses to my posts was like pulling teeth.

It turns out that the advice they gave me was just plain wrong. I had no chance of success defending the claim, and I should have paid the charge straight away. Because of the delay caused by disputing the claim, extra costs were added.

So-called advice sites like this should be regulated, and there should be consequences for giving duff advice that hurts people financially.

All i can say is these guys saved my life. I was in some serious trouble with a company called Bank Smart, they were after me for over £400 quid and i had pretty much signed my life away. They had me hook line and sinker. Nick from Legal Beagles was my night in shining armour, my ninja wordsmith and he delivered me from evil. He was so kind and helpful, i could go on all day waxing lyrical about my savior. At the end of the day these people show real humanity and want nothing in return. I love them and if they started printing t-shirts i would wear one everyday.

Hi all felt I must leave a review here for these guys because without their help and hard work I don't know where I would have gone.
What can I say other than these guys do this for free and the step by step advice they gave me was incredible.
I am not very computer friendly so I was almost terrified about the whole idea of this but trust me if I can do it so can any of you out there. Please you have nothing to fear and with these guys behind you there is great hope. I won my case and can now look forward with hope but only because of the advice these guys gave me. I had an issue with my employer and received fantastic help and advice on handling the situation with my employer, going to ACAS and the employment tribunal... I can't think them enough
