Lilypick 

I received an unsolicited e-mail from lilypick which they found on an old genealogy site. My Eset anti-virus came up with a red warning screen as soon as I clicked the link. I did not proceed as there was a virus on the link. Do not respond to any link they send. Do not have anything to do with this company.

These people are scammers I ordered Claire back in February some scratch remover and still nothing. I have contacted them many times and still nothing no product no refund please be aware of these people

Do not buy the toothpaste, it doesn't work. The only thing that works is the debit from your credit card. Frankly avoid buying anything from these scammers

I've purchased "ONE GLIDE SCRATCH REMOVER" but decided to send it back and ask for a refund according to their 30 day return.

I haven't received a reply yet despite multiple emails and after reading other reviews I'm wondering if I ever will.
Their refund policy said sale that items cannot be refunded. But the page of the product says
"30-day money-back guarantee"

I wonder if they design their site tricky and confusing on purpose, I can only hope I will get a reply and a refund at some point.....

Received product damaged. Asked me to return item fir refund. Did do but no refund received.

My toothpaste has not arrived and it was ordered in August. No replies either.

I ordered 6th of August and only got it yesterday. Avoid this business at all cost

Wish I have read the reviews before buying. Silly of me. More than two months since I ordered toothpaste and no reply to emails! From what I see below I don't think I would feel safe to try the product now anyway! Wasted money!

Will do everything within my power through the UK courts to get this site closed down and prosecuted. For thieving off the UK public. Absolute scum. Do not buy.

Would write 0 if only I could. Ordered toothpaste 2 months ago and nothing. No tracking. Its a scam - stay away.

Another fraudulent scam site! Buyer beware!!! You cannot track your item. They do not respond to emails. Not expecting my toothpaste to arrive anytime soon. I too will now contact Paypal and start an investigation.

Ordered in August received today but they do not answer you emails the tracking is just made up so I wouldn't order again I will stick to companies where I live in the UK

I wish I could rate them zero! Ordered the whitening toothpaste in august and still haven’t received it! Emailed them twice and nothing!! Don’t waste your money! Never use this company. I am now going to do a resolution through PayPal! Ridiculous!!

I ordered the Whitening Toothpaste. When it arrived the tamper proof seal was broken. As I had waited weeks for it to arrive I decided to try. Hugely disappointing given the price and that it does not do any of what it claims. Do not recommend spending your time or money.

Complete scam. Order never arrived, it’s been 2.5 months. Customer service will not respond! Do not purchase!!!!

UPDATE 21/10/21 - finally it arrived, delivery dreadful, no contact from the supplier. If you can find an alternative supplier then I would recommend that. Let's hope it works now!
Oh dear, I wish I checked this first, lesson learned... I ordered the toothpaste a month ago and other than the confirmation order have had no info about despatch or delivery.
I have sent an email today to their support email address so let's see what comes back. I will give them a few days then start a claim back through my bank for a full refund.

Do not be fooled by this companies reviews on social media posts for tooth whitening products. Ordered over a month ago and apparently they are unable to find by order information even after sending them my receipt from PayPal. Heard no correspondence since, stay clear!
