Hazelpick now known as Lilypick SHAM!
I can’t give zero stars so I’m stuck with one. Ordered the kitchen bubbles April 6 from Hazelpick. Shipping info shows item was returned to sender 5/18. I have emailed the company numerous times and have not received a response. This company is fake. I will continue to review email and escalate claims with PayPal.
EDIT:
Per their response to me, I emailed them the information they requested & no response & no refund! SHAM!!! STAY AWAY!

Pressue Washer
Much like the other reviewers, I saw an ad on Facebook for a 2-1 pressure washer attachment and placed an order. I placed my order on May 9 and used Paypal for the payment. It has been 52 days since the order was placed and I have not received the item I ordered. At this point, I would like a refund. The tracking information provided is irrelevant as it has not been updated in over a month and still shows the item is being processed through a Facility SHENZHEN EMS, CHINA since May 26.
UPDATE: As of August 1, 2020 I still have not received the product I ordered nor a refund. I emailed lily pick as requested and still have not received and updated status on the shipment nor I have I received my product. I’m starting to think this company May be a scam just as the other reviewers have pointed out. I’m asking for a refund immediately. My order number is #386542A.

I can’t give no stars so I’m stuck with one. Ordered April 2 from Hazelpicks. Disputed the charge with Paypal on May 26. PayPal has been less than helpful because shipping information was provided. Of course the shipping information has not changed since April 2. I have emailed the company numerous times and have not received a response. This company is fake. They do not respond to emails. When asked for a refund they provide some sort of shipping information that never changes. It was only $15, but at this point it has become the principal and I will continue to review email and escalate claims with PayPal.

[Update] Product order in Jan still stuck in Wuha, China - claims in transit
After writing this review, I got a refund email. Moving up one star because they responded to this review which is appreciated, but what I said below about my frustrations still stand.
--------------------------------------------------------------
Ordered a head towel from this company back in January/February. After a month of it not arriving (cause I expected it to possibly be late given the current state of the world), I went to search the tracking information. It said it was in Wuhan, China (where the epidemic really started). It was clearly never going to get here. So I emailed the company to get a refund and no response. Today, it still says my towel is in transit and stuck in China... so frustrating. I understand not being able to deliver it due to everything, but at least respond to the emails you get about it!
Scam!
I ordered this oil in April and never received anything, nor did I ever receive an email back. These people are money pirates! Beware! 👀👏

The mascara product worked really well…
The mascara product worked really well on my lashes, which are on the thin side. I got more volume and length than with any other brand I’ve tried before. The more coats you put on the more dramatic the result is. My only complaint is that I can go through it pretty fast It also seems like once you’ve used the product for a couple weeks it takes a little more effort to achieve the same results. I’m not sure if it’s because there is less product or if this is something that happens with too much exposure to air but all in all I am satisfied and will continue to buy it.

BEWARE!
BEWARE!! This site is a scam! They were originally named Hazelpick and changed their name to Lilypick after scamming several people. Facebook gave me their ad back in April. Purchased two cleaning items and never recieved them. Later found out I was scammed.
