I ordered Teeth whitener from a…

I ordered Teeth whitener from a Facebook ad and later read these reviews. Instantly I regretted and raised a dispute with PayPal believing it was a scam. I contacted Customer Service and received no response. I have today however, received the product and must say it works well. I was quite impressed... Escalation has since been cancelled, however customer service does need improving! I would be hesitant to order again just in case I have been a ‘lucky one’.

I saw an advert for the Intensive Stain Removal Whitening Toothpaste & ordered it a month ago, nothing delivered a month later & no update or reply to emails. I suspect it is a fraud & intend to forward my case to the fraud department.

If there were a 0 rating, that is what I would give this company. They are scammers and either don’t send the product or in my case, sent part. They don’t give you updates then when you email them, they send automated emails telling you to wait another 14 days after you’ve waited 2 months. I emailed them three times and received the automated email twice, then silence. My advice is do not order from this company. They are dishonest and horrible. Thankfully, I used PayPal and escalated the claim. Waiting for a refund.

Update: you will see where they have replied to my post that they had a “logistics” problem and sent a full refund. That is laughable and the did not send a full refund. PayPal had to get involved and gave me a partial refund. I still stand by my review of this terrible company.

I have left countless emails about my…

I have left countless emails about my order, i got only one response to wait for 14 days and then if i did not get anything, then i should inform them. i have sent 4 emails, i even want a refund at this stage, since i checked my order and it showed EXPIRED, yet no delivery done.
Following the reviews ive read, i regret ordering anything from you.
I WANT A REFUND!!

Do not buy from them

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS IN CHINA!!!! I bought electronic hip trainer that I finally received after 4 weeks and it doesn’t work!! I tried contacting them on fb& email and they blocked me. I’m pissed off at myself, because several people advised me NOT TO PATRONIZE THEM AND I DIDN’T LISTEN!!! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureaus and hopefully they can stop these scammers from targeting US citizens. Does anybody know who to contact or how to retrieve my money back!!!! I’m gonna make sure I post this on Facebook, Instagram, and the news!

Faulty item, totally ignoring me

I ordered the electronic hip muscle trainer. Which came but is faulty. I want to return the item for a refund but unfortunately I'm being ignored. Looking like I will have to go through Paypal. I will never order from these guys again.

Damages car bodywork

Unlike many other reviewers, I did receive the car scratch remover I ordered. Tried it on a small scratch and it has damaged the paintwork, the effect is like rubbing sandpaper over the scratch. Please do not buy this rubbish.

Do not order!

Wish I had read the reviews first. Order over two months ago and nothing. Trying to use customer service but they have stopped responding. Will open a dispute with my bank instead.

CANCEL MY ORDER

moments after buying a product from a facebook ad i regretted it. i read on the automated response from lilypick and on their website that i must email them within 24hrs if i wish to cancel or change the order.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER!

I have emailed countless times. They have taken the money but will not respond to my emails.

Do you research on this company before buying anything. not only did all the reviews of the products come back negative but their customer service is non existent.

Such a SCAM. So dissatisfied

I placed an order back in Feb 2020 when they were known has Hazelpick. I’ve had l reply from them. Now l see they have changed names. Such a SCAM. Maybe the ACCC need to be involved so that we can all get our money back

If i could give 0 stars i would

If i could give 0 stars i would! Do not buy from this company! This is my 2nd review. After I received a reply to my first review i was told to email them with my order number and they will get back to me! I have sent multiple emails and these people do no reply! They gave the lamest excuse about international logistics and would have totally understood that if they would have sent an email to let me know that i was not going to get my order and gave a refund! But instead they reply to review on their company and still no reply to my numerous emails! This company is trash!
