What is the point of your customers emailing you to resolve thete issues after complaining on here I've emailed you privately multiple times as my order was placed over a month ago and has no tracking information after the 6th of September it hasn't moved in 24 days?? Emailing gets no response tracking is useless because clearly its not been sent and you can't complain on the website cause it's all in Chinese ffs

Huge scam. Not only that the product didn't work as described but you can noticeon their ad the scam. They use paint spray.
The package came from a guy called Yang. What can you expect from the chinese. You can figure out.
So avoid. The product was nano paint scratch repair. It was water with soup inside. They should do something with these chinese and not let them sell anything in the west. Also beware that they change their name but the product is the same.

I made an order over 3 months ago and still not recieved anything, I've emailed 3 times now and got no response, bad customer service and a scam

It came and did not work as promised. Just regular tooth paste. Scam

I was stupid enough to purchase through facebook ad as all the comments seemed legit however 4 weeks and a few ignored emails later after they said they couldn't find my order I sent proof and asked for refund still ignored so now lilypick unless I recieve a full immediate refund I will take further legal action
As you are clearly scamming people which is a punishable offense

Total scam, ordered the teeth whitening toothpaste... have waited over 9 weeks, no item, no response to emails. Have now taken up a resolution through paypal. Avoid at all costs unless you have money to throw away!

You've responded after 3 days asking me to contact you... what again? Does an additional chasing email make any difference... maybe check your paypal account too...

I ordered the scratch removing product from them. Waited weeks beyond the already lengthy 4-6 weeks they gave themselves to get it to me.

Ignored my email asking for a refund. Have raised a dispute with Paypal. I won't be using them again. Have received products from Hong Kong and Estonia and several other countries in the mean time. None of which took more than a week or two.

This may be the fault of the carrier they use. A good company would want to sort it out or at least apologise.

This is not the case with them however. Their non response to me and the problems I have had mean that I will not be using this company again. I would advise others to avoid.

Been waiting for 2 MONTHS to receive my order and NOTHING!!! After emailing twice, they finally responded and told me their policy is no refund unless you return the product... how the hell can I do that when I never received it?!?!? SCAM!!!!! Do NOT a trust this company!!!!

I have ordered this toothpaste over two weeks ago now. Tracking is in China which is odd. After reading these reviews I’m guessing it’s a scam now I will be filing a complaint if it is and I’ve payed through PayPal so I knew I was safe if anything like this happened. Will update when it arrives.

I received my product 3 weeks after the expected date, but this is only because COVID-19 issues have delayed all posts coming from overseas. The 1 star rating is not reflective of the late arrival. I wanted to try out the toothpaste first then will rate properly after two weeks of use. Just wanted to let it be known that I did receive my order.

I ordered an item from this website over 2 months ago. I sent an email to know what happened and they told me to wait 14 more days. When I finally sent an email to demand a refund, they ignored my emails, and didn’t give me any response whatsoever.
It’s unbelievably disgusting how people make money these days.
Will file a lawsuit if I don’t get sent a response to the email I sent yesterday.
Nobody is fooling me and getting my money like this.
I advise EVERYONE to research before buying.
And is quite obvious that the reviews that say that this company is not a scam, are fake.

I just received the toothpaste yesterday in the mail. It took a little while to get here. I just started using it last night, so I dont have much of a review to leave. Im hoping that it works. LoL. I Will update review in about a week or two. But yes I did receive the item I ordered, it took longer than normal.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAMMER. I have seen the ad from Facebook and comments are so overwhelming and made me wanna buy the item “car scratch repair nano spray”. After I bought the item which cost $16.97, at the very bottom of the page says “shipping usually from 5-10 days” it’s been 2 weeks never received anything Not even an email or any confirmation shipping info, all I have is a screenshot that I bought the item with order#. Emailed multiple times but never heard from you guys. This time my last sort would be reporting you from Better Business Bureau.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! This place is a huge scam. I literally brought the hip trainer from this place towards the end of July and its been a month and a couple of weeks and I still have not received it and according to tracking it is in California, which I do not live there. I sent them multiple emails for my order 431025A and they told me to wait another 14 days. I waited 14 days and I still have not received what I ordered. This is a fraudulent place and my next step is to go straight to my bank and report this as fraud and take legal action because this is not right. Read the reviews because everything everybody has stated on this being a scam is true.

SCAM! Tiny chinese fruit toothpaste came in my post. Not that i ordered. Avoid!

Well I just ordered and seen these reviews after I ordered I deffo should of looked it up b4 ordering.I’m very upset as I was stupid enough to trust this company I thought it was legit.iv been scammed b4.im really annoyed now.i got an email back and a refund so tbh maybe it is legit and just going through a lot of problems atm.but I will not but trusting anything on Facebook just in case though.the reviews didn’t help on here.

Bought the teeth whitening tooth paste over 4 weeks ago, so thought I’ll check the tracking etc. (hasn’t come) For it to say it’s come to my local courier but the address is invalid! And I didn’t incorrectly do my address. Probably just a excuse to take my money. Plus don’t answer emails, Facebook and Twitter pages don’t exist anymore ! Red flags.

This place sent me a broken item and will not answer any of the emails sent in order to resolve. Do NOT buy from them. They will send you junk and not reply to any customer messages. Most of what they sell can be bought in other places too. So basically go anywhere else to purchase but here.

Scam. Sent me fake tracking details that did not bring up any information. Their Facebook page has now been taken down. They’ve probably switched to another business name as I can see they have done in the past. Only once I emailed and threatened legal action because it’s clear they are a scam company did I end up with a refund in my account. Anyone waiting on a product - contact them through email and threaten legal action. Disgusting people.
