Amazing range of products, had exactly what I was looking for. Really happy with the results!

Judging by the samples we have received (promptly) the website photos seem to be a good likeness of the finished product. V helpful when making a final decision.

Recently ordered bathroom tiles from The London Tile Co. The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish. When I called with a query, they were friendly and helpful. The tiles were a great price and sent immediately. Would definitely order from them again. The delivery driver was also excellent, phoning us to let us know he had arrived when our doorbell failed to work.

We have been really impressed with the service from the team in Aldershot. They were very helpful in adding extra items to our orders and for returns. Very friendly too.

Ordered some tiles from this website with the price clearly listed and stock listed as in stock. First I get a call in the morning saying they are 2 packs short which I said fine no worries. Then I get a second call stating the price was incorrect so they’re cancelling my order. They didn’t even offer any discount or anything to apologise for wasting my time, instead they said they have the right to cancel any order. Will never shop here again and I warn anyone to stay clear as they waste time.

Lovely tiles but many broken. I didn't get a replacement because I checked them after the allocated time period. Seeing as I spent hundreds of pounds and was only asking for 8 replacement tiles to finish the job, I would have hoped, as an act of good will they would have sent replacements. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to accommodate. So check your tiles on arrival!

We decided to visit The London Tile Company Hedge End as we had failed to find bathroom tiles to suit our décor. From the moment we stepped into the shop we had personalized service. The lady on reception helped us tremendously to find the tile we needed as it is so difficult to get the correct bright white. Having chose our tile and ordered them, the tiles arrived exactly on the date we requested. The bathroom looks stunning, elegant and clean. Out of all the tile suppliers we visited this is far the best in every way, from customer service to quality tiles. The young lady in the shop and the mature gentleman who served us, ( I am sure you know who you are), thank you so much. We are now searching for our perfect ensuite tiles in the next couple of weeks and we certainly will be back to visit. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Good customer service, I got through to a human being who was very helpful. Tiles arrived on time and are good value for the price.

I went over to your Ash Vale site last week, and the gentleman in there (Tom) was just wonderful. He could not have been more helpful, and was more than happy to talk through options with me. He was extremely patient, which was really appreciated, as I needed advice on waterproof boarding and felt a little out of my depth!

Have used this company twice now and on both occasions the service has been excellent. The items have been dispatched straight away and arrived well packaged.

Ordered a sample tile which came within just 2 days and was very well packaged; on the back of this sample I then ordered the tiles I needed for my project which were delivered within just a couple of days of placing my order. Well packaged; excellent quality. Would definitely use this firm again. Great service.

Visited the Brentford showroom when it reopened after 2020 lockdown one, to view a specific colourful wall tile I'd seen online. I took a sample away to consider. We returned, ordered and paid in store rather than online because there was a seasonal discount notice on the tiles which had expired during the lockdown, but it had been agreed it would be honoured.

Grant was very helpful in arranging a 'pick & pack' and they held the tiles for a couple of months until I was ready to take delivery (which was arranged very easily via email). I was a little bit worried as I saw online the tiles had gone out of stock but there was no need to be. Delivery came as scheduled, well packed, tiles all in perfect condition, delivery man was helpful and pleasant.

We later decided to tile another area and needed another box. The tiles were back in stock so my partner visited the Ash Vale store as he was in the area that day and with its trade counter it was easier to pick up a box there. He took the original order form, and I think the price charged was the same as the first order i.e. discounted. The tiles look great, really vibrant, and the bathroom might just be our favourite room in the house :-). We are very happy customers.

Great products however terrible customer service.
Ordered over £,0000s worth of tiles. We were missing 3 boxes- the company was completely inflexible about giving us the same discount that applies to ordering large quantities and of course wanted to charge us £40 for delivery. This is not the way to ensuring that customers return to you for their future projects! And we have another one now.. which is to redoing the floor in our kitchen but guess what London Tiles: we will be ordering from another company. You have lost a customer over your greed and inflexibility.
I don't have our order in hand else I would provide it but lets see if you even bother to respond to this review.. as my comments on Twitter were ignored..

My reviews here and on Twitter were caught by the NEW e-commerce manager. He put me in touch with the MD of London Tile who is extremely customer services focused. He was genuinely concerned about my feedback and explained that what happened is certainly not the way London Tile conducts business. This is far more in line with a company that sells such high quality products. Therefore, I am now updating the rating to 5 stars and can confirm that we will return to doing business with London Tile. It was not a matter of money (that was however refunded - thank you once again) but an overall dissatisfaction around the lack of what appeared to be a customer service centricity. Mistakes can happen but the way they are rectified is what matters and in this occurrence, thumb up to the e-commerce manager and the MD of London Tile.

love the tiles, good customer service on ordering, delivery on time - although try and order correct amounts as the return % fee charge is steep and you have to pay for your own return pallet service.

Excellent service with fast delivery, couldn’t recommend enough.

We ordered 10 days ago and still have no tiles, work at our house cannot progress as the company cannot deliver tiles on time, even though we ordered them well in advance. Asked us to provide phone number and then just ignored us for a week! Only when contacted again the delivery was organised, or at least they state it was as no tiles arrived. Would buy from somewhere else

I am still undecided which tiles to buy for my renovation project, but the Valverdi tiles are at the top of my list at the moment. Thank you for the samples

Ordered some samples of porcelain tiles for outside. The samples arrived within a couple of days. There is a good selection of tiles. I have narrowed it down to two and I'm looking forward to having a new stylish patio! The website is good and the staff are very knowledgeable.
