We have recently ordered a couple of Valverdi outdoor tile samples from The London Tile Company. The samples were received within a couple of days. Really fast service and the tiles look really lovely. Hopefully we will be placing an order in the next few weeks.

Ordered 20 slate mosaic tiles on internet. delivered safe and sound a few days later well wrapped on full size pallet - standard delivery. possibly not cheapest or easiest delivery method for small quantities but it worked well for me. Great range of tiles and website works well.

I ordered a few samples and expected small squares of tiles to arrive - I was delighted to receive full sized tiles, packaged really well and delivered quickly! I was so pleased, I ordered some more!

I haven't ordered any tiles yet but the free sample service was super quick and easy to order via the website. Very impressive service. If I go ahead and order I am sure the service will be equally good. Thanks.

I ordered a few sample tiles from The London Tile company, they were dispatched promptly and arrived well packaged. We have not found a better tile, they look stunning! (Valverdi Fossil Coke)

Got a sample which was delivered the next day. In the Brenford branch when went In to look they could not have been more helpful

Great experience, excellent service and quality products..what else can we expect?

I liked the quality and depth of the tile but the grey on its own I thought may look a bit "concretey". I would like to see it integrated with other colours for my patio.

I just needed an extra box of some tiles I had already bought. Ordered on line 'click and collect' from Ash Vale - I had an email through to go and collect by lunchtime the next day.

I ordered the tiles and they arrived within 2 days !!!! Excellent Service !!!

I have yet to place my order with London Tile Company but the service I received in store was fantastic the staff were helpful and not at all pushy and even checked that I had everything that I needed as I left and went through delivery options. I will definitely be using this company.

Found exactly what I was looking for at London Tile.
Only needed a few tiles this time so a bit disappointed to be charged £30 delivery.

Needed a couple of boxes of tiles in a hurry. They were delivered exactly on time the next day with minimum fuss. Couldn't be happier.

I've only ordered a sample tile, but it was delivered promptly within 2 days, very well packed and the tile looks great.

Timely delivery and when contacted about having sent the wrong tiles, they sorted this out as speedily as they could given my time constraints.

I found the tiles I require on the London Tile Co. Website where there was an option to order samples. I ordered two samples on a Friday and unbelievably they arrived the following day as well as a text to keep me updated as to the shipping.
I will very soon be placing my order with them.
I can only say on my first dealing with the LTCo. they appear to be a first class professional well run company.

Tried to order tiles over the phone having had problems using the website, told to try again....................very unhelpful

Easy transaction if paying by pay pal, quicker than promised delivery and tiles are great
