We ordered 6 samples for two bathrooms that we are refurbing. They arrived within 48 hours. The tiles were at least 30% cheaper than we had previously seen elsewhere - we will certainly be ordering from this company once we have decided on which tile(s) we will use.

Needed the order quickly. Arrived promptly and efficiently.

I had problems with the website - it wouldn't accept a PayPal order - and called for assistance but the guy just kept telling me I'd been doing it wrong without offering any advice. I eventually managed to place an order. I was also disappointed with the 'pallet delivery' whereby I had to do 12 round trips from my second floor flat to the ground floor where the tiles were left, and I also had to dispose of a wooden pallet. Nice tiles though!

Ordered dado tiles which were delivered within 2 days. Order arrived well packaged on a mini crate. Price of tiles very competitive. Recommend to anyone.

Great selection of indoor and outdoor tiles. Samples arrived promptly. There was a little bit of confusion about one sample because it did not match the tiles in the range on display in the shop. Maybe the wrong one was sent out? It had no label.

We ordered 2 Tiles for choice for our Bathroom Floor we liked one of them and wanted to order 3 boxes but when we went to check out the postage cost more than 1 box so not sure whether we will order now or not but really liked the Tile.

My order arrived quickly. Actually had two orders, both delivered on time, will recommend to friends without reservation. Really pleased with the service.

I only ordered Fila tile cleaner, but all done very quickly and efficiently.

We ordered quite a few samples which unfortunately arrived broken. London Tile refunded cost immediately. Suggest if you want samples you go to the warehouse, where the staff are very helpful and great displays. The HTW, of which London Tile is part, have quite a few warehouses in South East.

I ordered a sample tile, it arrive super quick and in so much packaging an elephant standing on it wouldn't have caused any damage. I'm in no doubt I'll be ordering again

It's the first time we have used the london tile company but found them very helpful and great prices. While we had to place the order on line, the lady I spoke to prior to placing the order was very helpful with all my queries. Our order and delivery of the tiles went just like she said, very efficient service. We are very pleased with the quality of the tiles and the service from this Company.

I paid for a 2 day delivery and it took 4 days with no explanation or apology! Two days wasted which wasn't free and if I hadn't called and chased twice a day I wouldn't have known what was going on! Let down.

Easy to use website and a very helpful Advisor made the transaction a simple one. Super fast delivery and excellent packaging.

the website was easy to navigate, however I found it difficult to make a payment, either through direct debit or PayPal. A quick phone all to customer service and this was quickly sorted. Delivery arrangements efficiently made and carried out to the letter. Many thanks.
