This company has a magnificent range of products including the Valverdi 'indoor outdoor' range, which we needed to include the garden with our new sunroom. The 20mm porcelain tiles are recommended for exterior patios and terraces and are frost-proof. The prices online are very competitive.

Easy to deal with and very good service.
I have been trying to source some ceramic bathroom tiles which were used when we created an en suite bathroom 12 years ago I anticipated that they would be out of production but I finally was able to source them from London Tile Company who were extremely helpful. The transaction was simple and the delivery was on time and exactly in accordance with what we had been told to expect. i would use them again and would not hesitate in recommending them. Excellent!

Ordered 4m of tiles, received a phone call to confirm delivery and asked what day would be best for me to accept them. On the day of delivery the courier phoned about 30 minutes before arrival to say that he would be with me shortly. Tiles arrived on a pallet and well packaged. All in all one very happy customer.

exorbitant delivery charges
I ordered some tiles to be delivered to Northern Ireland and only after I purchased them was I informed it would cost £45 for delivery. This was for a box approx 10in square and weighing about 2kg. I ordered them anyway although I think this is a ridiculous cost. The delivery company tried once to deliver and refused a 2nd attempt meaning I had to drive a 2hr round trip to collect them! I then found I needed an extra tile which cost £2.50 and a further £ 12 to deliver. 1 TILE!!! There was absolutely no movement on this. They point blank refused to use any other shipping method and were extremely unhelpful. Tiles were fine but BEWARE if u do not live on the mainland. Very disappointed.

Firstly, we'd like to thank you for your feedback. Due to your location in Northern Ireland, the cost of delivery more expensive than a delivery to mainland UK. Unfortunately, this is something that we're unable to control as much as we wish we could. We are very sorry that you had to drive to collect the delivery; however, if we would have been made aware of this before you made the journey we would have contacted the courier to have them redeliver. Again, because the cost of shipping to Northern Ireland is more costly than mainland UK, the additional single tile did incur another delivery charge. This is due to the agreement we have with the courier who handles our Northern Ireland deliveries and, unfortunately, we can't budge with delivery pricing. This is something that we are constantly monitoring in an effort to try and reduce the amount of money that it costs to ship tiles outside the mainland. Again, we appreciate your feedback and we hope that you're happy with the tiles.

Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear that you felt the delivery was outside the four day target. Our stated delivery range for tiles is 3-4 working days. Due to the long Easter bank holiday weekend this may have made it seem like the delivery was late. However, as stated on our website, bank holidays are not considered to be working days.
The haulier company tried to contact you on several occasions to try and arrange a convenient delivery time within the 3-4 day period. Unfortunately they were unable to make contact with you initially, which resulted in you being offered a delivery slot on Tuesday 22nd April just after the long weekend, which was the fourth working day from the processing of your order.
We are sorry for any perceived miscommunication or delay. However, the delivery process was in accordance with the terms outlined on our website and would have been delivered within the stated 3-4 working day period.

Not great
Why send a delivery boy with a bad back to do a man's job. Negative, unthoughtful job's worth. You have to do all the thinking about how to drive in, where to reverse, where to stop, where to unload, help push the pallet trolley etc.
The tiles - I haven't looked at them yet

Nice Website, shame about the sample mistake
Very pleased to have found the exact tile I was looking for on their website - so placed an order for a sample plus next nearest in colour (as a comparison). They arrived quite promptly and well packaged. Unfortunately one of them was completely the wrong colour. Phoned the H.O.to explain problem - dealt with very nicely by the young lady and she organised to send the complete and correct sample order out again. Arrived the next day. Well done - as this gave me 50% confidence back again. I will be placing my order with this company - but I think I'll be picking up the tiles in person!
