very poor packaging for shipping
The charge for shipping was £25, which I thought was far too much. The order was for small prism mosaics on sheets. By the time my order reached my house the sheets had come out of the box completely and pieces were scattered having come away from their sheets. This is evidence of shoddy packaging at an exorbitant cost.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the tiles had moved about during transit, this is highly unusual as they will have left our warehouse securely wrapped. If this happens please do contact us on 0845 415 4115 straight away to notify us so that we can investigate the issue and replace any tiles as necessary.
Re the shipping charge - the reason for this shipping charge is that all of our tiles are sent via pallets and are heat wrapped to them in order to ensure that the tiles do not smash during transit. This is the best way to secure the tiles and ensure that they arrive in one piece and explains the higher fee.

A very quick delivery, good quality of the product
I ordered some samples of wall tiles, which I received promptly.
Unlike other sellers they have sent full size tiles, what really helped to make the decision.

Honest and efficient
We ordered 2 lengths of tile edging, which, at 2.5m long could be awkward to deliver, but they arrived in excellent condition and in a very quick time scale. Excellent service, efficient delivery, well packaged. Will recommend to others.

Efficient service shame about the delivery company..
The tiles were ordered and the order was processed very quickly. Excellent customer service, any questions were answered quickly. Deliver costs for sample tile refunded quickly once order was placed. Only let down was the delivery company who did not deliver the tiles to the door of my flat, but the front door of the building. When you are paying £25 deliver cost you would think this would get your tiles delivered to your door...

Regarding the delivery - due to the nature of the products and their vulnerability it is standard policy that all tiles are dispatched on a palletised delivery which is delivered to the nearest hardstanding to the road. Great tiles at best price
Having looked on most tile retailer sites for black dado border tiles, found the exact ones i wanted on London Tile Co and they were nearly a quarter of the price of other retailers.
Very quick delivery - packaged excellently on a pallet. Would have no hesitation recommending.
