Too quick to debit money for items they no longer stock, with very unprofessional customer service.
I made an order for an item only to find the next day that they no longer stock it. Nevertheless, they were quick enough to charge me so that they had to make a refund. Because my payment card was in €, I lost about 5% of the order value on currency exchange. In essence, I had to pay for the pleasure of placing an unfulfilled order only because the company is incompetent, 'selling' what they no longer stock. They could at least check their stock before they process the payment.
Also, they have sent me one of the most unprofessional customer service emails I have ever seen. Never seen such a lack of punctuation and capital letters.

However, in the world of technology, these occurrences can happen. With regards to the lost money due to the exchange rate issue, please send us an email to reviews@londontile.co.uk and we can offer a discount against another order for you. Our system operates in a way in which it believes that you were refunded the full amount and any refund above and beyond the original payment isn't possible.
