Good prices and prompt delivery
I compared prices and found the London Tile Company one of the best. They gave a shorter delivery time than other sites and actually delivered quicker than that.
A good all round performance that I would definitely recommend.

Disappointing
Ordered and paid for two sample tiles online.
Advised one tile was no longer being stocked but never received the credit back to my card. Other tile arrived in pieces but,they did send another one out properly packaged. Overall, not a good experience.

Not bad
Asked for saturday delivery. The delivery driver didnt want to bring them into the building and definitely not up one flight of stairs. Quite a few tiles in the boxes were broken, but luckily we had allowed for 10% wastage so it wasnt a problem.

Excellent, competitive fast service.
I have been very impressed with the service provided by the London Tile Company. The items that I have purchased have been competitively priced, well packed and despatched and delivered on time with no problems. I have been e-mailed at all the appropriate times to be kept informed of the progress of my orders.
Excellent service will be confident to use London Tile Company again and would not hesitate to recommend.
