The tiles arrived, they are just what I wanted and the delivery service was very good - he insisted that I checked them for damage whilst he was here and they were very well packed.

I am very happy with my new fire. It took a while to arrive but it was worth the wait.
I would have preferred more communication with the company re. the delivery date. After asking a few times I was given a general date and then the fire actually arrived the previous week. Fortunately I was at home!

We ordered a hearth plate in Aegean Limestone to quite exacting measurements. We were delighted that not only did it fit perfectly but looks exactly as expected too! The colour is just as described by MPL

I ordered a fender- it was delivered promptly and securely packaged. Unfortunately it didn't suit my fireplace (my fault!) so I returned it and ordered another. The second arrived very quickly and my original payment was promptly refunded.
The staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful.

when I telephoned this company to ask for information about one of their products I found their representative very well informative and extremely informative, and it was a pleasure dealing with him.

Ordered by telephone, my order was dealt with extremely efficiently. A request for further info on the product came back with an immediate telephone response (even at 4:30pm o a Friday).

Can't speak highly enough of Mandy and Dave at Manchester Fireplaces. We fell in love with quite an expensive set of tiles, insert and surround based on photos on their website, and were a bit nervous about buying online at first - not least because we knew everything would have to travel all the way to Northern Ireland! However, their excellent communication and expert advice reassured and helped us at every step of the way, even through the process of having the surround re-french polished to match an existing piece of furniture. They emailed multiple photos to show how the items would work together, and were always happy to talk through choices re finish etc. The end result is just stunning, and arrived beautifully packed with even a little spare pot of touch-up in case we ever need it in future. Just an outstanding experience from start to finish - buy with confidence from this quality company!
