The guy in the shop was very helpful. I needed to have a marble hearth built and they were very knowledgable in helping me with my purchase. I'd definity recommend them.

The range of period fireplaces here is amazing - some beautiful pieces which made it fascinating place to visit. Staff were really friendly but let me wonder around so ibdidnt feel pressured. When they came to fit the fireplace and fire my fitter was a clean and careful worker and I have a cream carpet! We had a small problem with the fire when it was a week old but they came out really quickly and sorted it out. Very very happy Thanks to Dave and Mark. :-)

I had no idea which fireplace to get for my new home, I was trying to budget for 6 months ahead but didn't know where to start. I googled 'fireplace shops in Manchester'. Happened to click on manchester fireplaces and just called. Dave was so helpful (even though I was very vague). I wasn't ready to buy at that time but when I was I remembered his customer service and went into the shop. After that it was excellent advise, not over-sell and I came away with two excellent fireplaces and the fitter and chimney sweep he recommended have been excellent. Highly recommended.

20 days after product was ordered and paid for I contacted them as I had heard nothing. They replied very quickly and I was told that the item had been out of stock but they could now send it out to me. On 23rd Dec I received my order only to find they had sent the correct fire but the wrong fire basket kit to fit it. I had wanted an open fire for Christmas Day and it was looking doubtful. I contacted them again and was told as long as the correct kit was in stock they would send it next day delivery. Luckily they did and I received it Christmas Eve.

Look at other fireplace showrooms and couldn't believe the difference in price with MFP being far cheaper. The advice and service was accurate with short delivery times. The fitter who was recommended was knowledgable clean and did a great job.
All in all impressed from start to finish

I purchased a new fire surround. It arrived timely and was delivered by a lovely man. My builder has now fitted my fire surround and it looks beautiful. It's made my house turn into a home.

As advertised, came quickly and a reasonable price

I bought a splendid art nouveau fire screen from the web site which had clear pictures of the item, It arrived speedily and well packed. All good

Quite rude staff but otherwise happy with product

Gave me lots of good advice before I made my purchase, would recommend them highly.

The only slight criticism I would make is the goods did not arrive when I was told they would. I had to chase them up but I got an apology for the lateness which was fine. The fireplace is beautiful and admired by everyone. Two people took the name and address of the showroom in Levenshulme as a result.

We were recommend by a friend to come to manchester fireplaces as we needed a new fireplace when we got there the man who helped us was was nice helpful had really good customer service skills really new what we wanted when we explained what we was looking for in our new fire the price was good and he even helped us with giving us the choice of names of gas fitters would defo recommend to friends and family really happy we went here many thanks to manchester fireplaces.

Staff were really helpful when we were looking for a new fireplace, even giving us advice on the brickwork which we needed to do. The item arrived when they said it would from the supplier, unfortunately the hearth had a little chip in it but this was no issue and when we spoke to them, they offered to swap it for us the same day - great service and good prices too, definitely recommend! Fireplace looks stunning, thank you.

From ordering to delivery was worth 10 out of 10

The staff in the showroom were every helpful & arranged fitting of my new gas fire as well as removal of the old one. It looks fantastic & couldn't fault the service. The fire is in within 3 weeks of my first visit to the showroom.
