I bought aluminum water bottles for my son's travel baseball team. The color is PERFECT, the delivery was fast, customer service was amazing and I only had to order 18 (most places wanted a minimum of 36; my kid's team has 14). THANK YOU Maple Leaf! I ordered 3 scents, I received 2. I asked if it was possible to pay for all samples of the air freshener scents and was denied.

I have used Maple Leaf Promotions for my Custom Desktop Calendars for years now. Nelinda always manages my order and does a wonderful job. The calendars always arrive on time and look great. Just placed my order for 2018 versions. I'll be back next year.

I ordered 100 thermo tumblers with a logo imprinted on each. My experience was good up until they arrived and I find out how tiny the logo is. Why anyone would print a logo that is half inch by half inch on a tumbler that has space for a logo 5 times the size is beyond me.... one look should tell any intelligent person this is not what I would want.

I got wrong product sent to me. It did not match the picture.

The cards I ordered were done as I had requested. The card quality is good.

Not gonna lie, was a bit skeptical at first. By after much consideration and many read reviews, I have come to the conclusion that Maple Leaf Promotions is the single most experienced company when it comes to making ice cream sundaes.

Customer service is lacking. My phone agent was a little short with me, and not overly friendly. I chose to go with them, because they had some good prices. Fingers crossed.

Maple Leaf Promotions is very service oriented. I had an issue with the first batch of floating keychains and Maple Leaf Promotions gave me great service to replace free of charge and at a reduced lead time. This was great!!!

The glove size was smaller that expected. And the color was not a true representation of that listed. Would not comfortably fit a man's hand.

I received my order of 200 bags in the wrong color. Waiting to hear back from Maple Leaf to correct the situation.

I was very disappointed they only realised the item I ordered wasnt available after I had placed my order. The agent who wrote to me about it didnt even apologise...I wish she knew how disappointed and affected I was.
