I ordered from a different company last year and i had my calendars a week after i placed the order. I received an email that said that within 48 hours my calendars would be ready that was 5 days ago and still i have not received them or an email to tell me they have shipped.

We strive to communicate with our customers as soon as there is any issue that could cause any delays.
Some things that could cause delays are out of stock situations, Payment discrepancies, or shipping delays.
When an issue arises we will email and phone customers and will not process the order until we get a reply. We have to wait until we get a response from the customer before we can move forward with the order.
In your case we tried to contact you via email the day after you placed the order and twice more when there was no reply and then phoned when we didn't receive a reply to the emails. Your order was processed as soon as we got the needed information from you.
I would love an opportunity to see what we can do to make you satisfied.
