AMAZING!!! The whole team just made it a walk in the park! As soon as it was on the market had a load of viewings, Our house had two offers put in on the first week! Luke and Jamie were outstanding managed to get us a full asking price offer within the first week of it being on the market! Everyone in the team was AMAZING! Danielle and Rebecca dealt with the admin and made the sale a breeze from start to finsh would 100 percent recommend!!!

Tenants beware. Martin and Co will blatantly try to steal your deposit using outright lies. They show zero respect to tenants and the staff are rude and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. By far the worst estate agents in Lincoln

The communication was good. Handling of the clients visits was well managed, kept informed and the agency showed the clients round.
Only downside was the original valuation was too much for the current market,
