Maxus delivery 9
Maxus delivery 9, with around 11000 miles from new. Delivered to Bradford branch, with engine knocking and struggling to run. Told no courtesy vehicle is included in warranty. After 7 weeks and no nearer to resolving, been given endless excuses, told various reasons including, it needs an engine replacement, then latest is we need to check the engine to assess the problem. We have phoned over 20 times all recorded. This is beyond a joke. May have to take legal advice. Meanwhile our small company struggles along with additional costs.

Clueless
Awful, had my van for 2 days for a service. Chased what was going on told me it was 2000 miles too early for a service…. I told them I’d rather it done as near impossible to get a booking bang on the mileage. They refused! Ended up taking it without the service and took it elsewhere. Communication was none existent. Avoid Northside Bradford at all costs.
Northside leeds however are more professional with great communication and would highly recommend

Had to chase the sales rep at every point. Promised dates disappeared and only when escalated did things improve. Day of collection despite PDI the side door runner was covered in wood filler

I had a very frustrating experience…
I had a very frustrating experience with my recent purchase. Firstly, the truck bed length was wrong upon delivery, which caused a lot of inconvenience. On top of that, the Bluetooth system doesn’t work correctly, and I’ve had ongoing issues with it. What’s worse is the customer service — they’ve completely dropped the ball. I’ve sent emails about the issues, but they never responded. When they did address the problems, they didn’t fix them properly. Overall, the service and quality were not what I expected, and I’m extremely dissatisfied.

Good to deal with, quick turnaround from order to delivery.
Only down side is the location when the service or breakdowns happen, could do with some more service centres.

Salesman told us it would carry the same weight as a transit twin wheel.
It doesn’t.
Doors don’t shut properly
Hands free doesn’t work properly.
It’s soo bouncy on the rear end, I could hire it out for kids parties 🎈 and I feel like the clown for buying it and trusting north side.
Absolute joke of a truck.
Absolutely no shxts given when these concerns were raised.
On the bright side, only 4 more years finance on it 😩
