This was my first and last time as your customer !
I will not elaborate on this topic but you are terrible and I do not recommend your services to anyone.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME !!!!

We purchased the maxus in may, since then it broke down 5 times in as many weeks! its spent more time on a recovery truck than on the road itself.
its now been at North side since July 2022 and we still have not had it back, and customer service is appalling and non exhistent
we were told after chasing we would get an update after the 11th January 23,now the 24th and still no answers .
we have spent nearly £30000 and had no van for 6 months and still don't have a resolve!
avoid at all costs unless you have money to burn!!!

No Oil Filter in Stock

Rubbish, 6 weeks notice of a 1st service then no oil filter!
needed to chase to get it back in the workshop. Brand new vehicle off the road for 5 days.
Customer service was prompt, Delivered the van back that saved some time
