Wrong price tags and bad customer service
The in-store experience at MediaMarkt was very poor. The price tags on the shelves were completely disorganized, leading to me being charged significantly more than the advertised price. When I noticed the discrepancy at checkout, the cashier was rude and dismissive, simply directing me to the information desk instead of addressing the issue.
At the information desk, the situation worsened. The staff took over five minutes to figure out how to process a return, required me to sign some paperwork, and then sent me back to the cashier to collect the refund—adding further inconvenience.
Overall, the experience was extremely poor. The staff demonstrated no sense of accountability, professionalism, or even basic courtesy. Experiences like this make it clear why shopping online is the better option—at least there, I know exactly what I’m paying without dealing with unhelpful staff.
The only positive thing about MediaMarkt is the wide variety of the products, that's why two stars.

The only problem that I have…
The only problem that I have experienced was during the installation, the installators doesn’t have extra tubes for the washing machines pipe, they sold me the pipes and rube which I find so expensive. I paid extra 130€ without receipt. I don’t want to cancel the installation because i needed the washing machines pipe so badly that I don’t have any choice but to pay for it. At first they want me to cancel it because it wasn’t included in the machine. So, i don’t have any choice but to pay the 130€.

For the third time GLS delivered my…
For the third time GLS delivered my package directly to a "PaketShop" even when we were home. The first time I complained to GLS, the second time I complained to MediaMarkt. I will not order from MediaMarkt again unless they choose a different provider for delivery.
