We have just changed our internet provider to met plus and i would just like to say Avi was a great help . He made things very easy to set up for us who're not that great with these things. Our internet is back on and much better than before Idefinately recommend them to anyone , ask for Avi he was excellent.

If I could give a zero that’s what they would have my Mum has dementia and got nagged to have a deal I got home from holidays today and phoned them to cancel the order and the guy on phone was adamant my mum couldn’t cancel and they took £72 out her bank straight away and won’t refund it and they tried saying sky owned her phone line and actually it’s openreach avoid this company absolute crooks

Can Metplus Telecom be trusted ?
In the last 2 weeks someone working for this company tried to transfer my 83 year old mother's telephone account from BT to Metplus Telecom - without her knowledge or consent. This practice is known as 'slamming' and it's illegal.
They caused her considerable distress and I hope someone in the company reads this, because they might wish to know that I've referred the matter to Ofcom.
