Great experience
Came in with no knowledge of what I needed, was assisted by Kai who ran me through all the different types of trousers, thermals, bags, shoes ect I’d need and what they all do different to each other. Super helpful, and came away with some bargains. Great service

Brilliant service
Went into the store to look at jackets and hiking boots not really knowing what was best for us. Kai came over to us and answered all our queries, listening to what we wanted and helped us keep within budget and purchase everything we needed. Kai even offered tips and advice on how to keep the purchases in good condition and reminded us that anything purchased could be returned if we were not happy with them.

Perfect hiking socks.
Sharon was really helpful and knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure what size hiking socks as I was between small and medium but she helped me find the perfect pair and at a great price too!
