Jack was very helpful in suggesting other items I might need for the trip and deals on half price items. Friendly and chatty although clearly having no idea of how we travelled with only paper guidebooks and Internet cafes! Good experience!

We were looking for a lighter weight…
We were looking for a lighter weight coat that would also keep one warm AND had an inside pocket AND be durable . After looking at several stores we came back to Millets for the jacket that fit the bill . The staff had helped with a look at coats and were nearby if we needed more help. Stephen and his colleagues were polite and helpful throughout.
