Excellent customer sevice
Sales staff opened fitting room and for me and was very friendly and professional. I purchased Peter Storm waterproof jacket and trousers plus Merrell boots. Very impressed with the knowledgeable store manager who explained pros and cons of different ranges of kit. He gave very helpful advice which made me make sensible buying decisions. I will definitely be buying more kit from Millers in Hemel. Great staff provided a good experience.

Amazing store, amazing staff, amazing service
I went to the millets branch in Hemel as I wanted to find a water pack for a race I’m running. A man called Martin greeted me as soon as I walked in and could not have been more helpful. I found a bag with a water bladder that suited what I wanted and I left very impressed. The store was incredibly neat and tidy and I will absolutely be coming back again!

What a great shop! The sales assistant was very helpful
The sales assistant was very helpful. I didn’t feel rushed or persuaded. This was the only shop in Hemel Hempstead Marlowes where I could find what I was looking for. I would recommend it to anyone.

Super service in Hemel
I find the staff in Millets Hemel Hempstead super helpful. On my last visit, the woolly hats had recently been removed from display and Sam helped me rifle through the boxes out the back to find the right one for a gift.
