The website has some major problems
The website has some major problems. The button for adding a product to the favourites list doesn't work – it constantly makes you log in or register and doesn't add the product to the list after logging in. I cannot edit products in my wishlist that are saved with the wrong sizes. I try updating the size, but it doesn't work. Also, on the new product, some of the information appears only with question mark symbols. The website is a real nightmare.

Site is really poorly translated
Site is really poorly translated. I would rather use the original myprotein.co.uk if I could, but if I want delivery to Bulgaria I have to use this rather clunky mistranslated mess of a website. Not to mention that the deals in the original website are so much better.

Everything is out of stock
I love the products, but most of them are out of stock and only big sizes are left (this is not only now but always). Also when there is a campaign with discount the site isn’t working and I couldn’t order 2-3 times.

The site in England is cheaper and the gift giving in Bulgaria is much more expensive and there are no gifts.

False marketing
False marketing. I’m waiting more than a week to receive a code for promos promised on a pop-up window after subscribing. Im subscribed, I keep receiving their newsletter, and still no email with the promo code. I reached customer support and they are mildly said incompetent. Every other day a brand new agent replies without giving the effort to read my issue above.
