Would give zero stars
Got 4 tyres fitted on my son’s car. As soon as he drove long distance the wheels vibrated so not balanced correctly. 4 emails, including copying in the CEO of Halfords (the parent company) and no response. This mirrors my experience with Halfords who took my money for a roof rack and 4 weeks and 4 calls later it had not arrived. Absolute jokers. I will take up with the credit card company.

DISHONESTY IS WORSE THAN BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had a slow puncture in one of my tyres just over 3 weeks ago, I booked a slot @ National tyres to have it checked, I had to wait 3 days for the appointment, when I arrive I was told it would be about an hours wait, nearly 3 hours later the car still not been looked at.
When it was finally looked at I was told that the tyre could not be repaired because it had a screw and a cut on the side wall and it would cost £126.00 to have an exact replacement, by this point I was obviously unhappy with the wait and told them to fit my old tyre back on, something didn't feel right, or perhaps I was just angry.
However It seemed to me like there was a lot of damage on my tyre, or so they were telling me.... I've been driving around with this tyre for some weeks prior to this appointment and I only had to top up the air in the tyre a couple of times.
Due to work and other commitments I'm not been able to fix the tyre, so today (3weeks on) I called a different Garage and explained the problem "ABBEY TYRES" in Cambridge.
I was asked to bring it in today if it was convenient for me, to see if it could be fixed, they took the tyre off and brought it into the waiting area to show me the screw in it, I waited for about an hour and it only cost me £37.35....with receipt to prove it.
SO MAYBE MY TYRE WAS NOT UNRAPAIRABLE AFTER ALL AS NATIONAL TYRES CLAIMED!!!
Dishonesty is worse than bad customer service!!!
I have given them 1 star as I couldn't give them Minus 5.
I'm considering taking this further as I have all the prove that I need. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Do not believe their Price Promise! The store manager (Ryan) said they cannot match a price found elsewhere. The claim they will price match any identical product is completely false advertising.

Dangerously incompetent
Dangerously incompetent. I had four tyres fitted, drove home. Next time I used the car the front nearside wheel wobbled loose and the rear nearside wheel nuts weren't even finger tight. When I contacted the branch they said they would investigate and get back to me. This hasn't happened. Shocking

MOT and Tyres
I did the MOT and replaced breaks, tyres, a punctured tyre with them over the last year or two. The price is competitive, they're helpful and seem to do things right. Out of 3 garages I tried in Cambridge over the years, they're the best, and so far I'm a happy customer.

Very poor customer service on their reception desk. The gentleman who works there is extremely rude and not helpful at all. Safe to say I’m happy I went to Qwikfit instead.
