Excellent experience at Natuzzi today at the Birstall branch. Ordered Sofas for both my Living Rooms. Shahid was excellent throughout, didn’t feel pressured and explained everything clearly. Down to the delivery team hopefully they can match the brilliant service already received.

Just placed an order for a beautiful sofa at the Stockton branch. John was brilliant. He was so helpful, but what we enjoyed the most is that he let us take our time exploring the entire store and when we finally made our mind up, he was ready to help. Unlike other places, it did not feel pushy or as if they were rushing us to decide on a sofa. Such a great experience and can’t wait to get out new sofa.

Karen in the Uddingston Store was our sales assistant & provided us with excellent detailed product knowledge & was courteous & professional in all aspects.

We came a few months ago and mo was really helpful unfortunately we didnt get the sofa as we was just looking we have returned for the sofa we wanted and Jamie from leeds, was really help ful we found the perfect sofa set we needed. At great price, comfy. They dont push themselves on you they just on the back waiting to help you when your needing them.

Connor was an absolute delight and so helpful in making sure we found the perfect couch for our new home.

Really friendly staff. I bought my side from Lauren in White City branch. Lauren was very patient, answered all of my questions and explained everything I needed to know. Great service, can’t wait to get my new sofa.

We visited the Natuzzi showroom at the Trafford centre last weekend and had a great experience with Aida who helped us pick out just what we wanted and what leather would suit our needs she was very helpful and even visited our home to check the room where the sofa was going for colour matching and layout all in her own time ,she went above and beyond to help us , so a big thank you

I can not thank Natuzzi's team enough for all their help in choosing our sofa! We visited the store multiple times and had so many questions, but they were always so friendly and patient with us. Special shoutout to Jacqueline and Gilvanni, especially their amazing store manager, who went above and beyond to assist us. I’ll definitely update my review on the quality of the sofa once it arrives, but for now, I really trust this wonderful team!

Great service from Shirley at Uddingston. Spent a great deal of time with us giving us options. The quality of the sofas seem far superior to other brands . Fabulous range of fabrics and leathers to choose from . I would highly recommend.
