Great asset to the team and brand

After shoppping around numerous other furniture stores, my partner and I were unable to find the sofa we wanted. Within minutes of being in Natuzzi Uddingston we were welcomed by Keith and within half an hour had our ideal sofa purchased. A seamless transition from start to finish. Top man.

Had a great experience, Nat in the Manchester branch (White City) was very helpful, she went through all of the options with us and there were no pushy sales tactics. Its great to be able to go into a branch and physically see the items

Excellent customer service, Keith in uddingston was brilliant and very helpful delighted with the deal

We were greeted as we walked in by Kyle who explained about the company. He then left us to have a look at all the furniture. After a while he found us and talked us through the pieces we liked. On the sales floor there were no 4 seater straight sofa's but Kyle explained they could make one for us. We ordered the sofa we wanted and can't wait for it to be delivered. Great customer service

Grant was amazing help buying our first sofa. Helped us decide on the best size and layout based on our room. Gave advice on cushions / colours. Wasn’t your typical pushy sales person, explained everything thoroughly , gave us time to talk between ourselves. Explained payment options without pushing for a sale. Would highly recommend, great customer service, can’t wait for our sofa to arrive!
