Never received my package
I am not usually one to write reviews but am very disappointed. I made an order at the beginning of January, it is now half way through March and I have not received my package. Due to this I have emailed a ridiculous amount of times trying to solve the problem to only be ignored. When I have asked about this I have been told they are sending me emails when I can confirm they 100% aren’t. I am now at a point where I am being ignored over email completely along with their customer help text number. If you want to spend your hard earned money to then receive nothing, this is the company for you.

This pains me to write this because I love the concept and the boxes are great….if they turn up!
Ordered 5/1 and item was dispatched 15/1. After numerous emails chasing (and countless excuses) I was told it had been re-posted with Royal Mail at the end of January but couldn’t tell me which service was used when I asked (?)
Fast forward a few weeks and still no delivery. Emailed Nodbox again to be told item will be with me ‘by Friday’. It’s now Wednesday the following week and I am still waiting for a delivery and a reply to my email requesting the tracking information.
It’s a massive kick in the teeth to see that they are still posting new stuff on socials when they clearly have issues they should concentrate on resolving first. When you do finally get a reply from customer services it’s always the same thing ‘I’ll check for you’ or ‘I did email back, check your spam’ - no, Nodbox emails do not go into my spam and it’s all good and we’ll checking but you need to follow up with your customers!

No box! no refund!
So I really didn’t want to do this as I wanted the company to be telling the truth! I placed 3 orders on the 11th January 2 £20 boxes and a £5 box I received 1 £20 box and the £5 box, I contacted them via instagram on the 18th January 2023 and they replied saying they are dispatched separately.
So on the 25th January I messaged again, this was ignored. On the 29th January I messaged again they replied asking my order number I gave them it and then they never got back to me.
On the 4th February I asked for a refund to be told it had already been sent we are now on the 16th February and I have no box and no refund! Shame because it would have been a very regular purchase by me!

0 STARS. I ordered back in November 2022, item was "despatched". I never ever received it (was ordered well in time for Xmas as it was part of a present after telling my friend how much I loved a previous order I got, which also took 6 weeks and numerous emails chasing it).
I have emailed them a horrendous amount of times and the response is always the same "we will check this" and no one ever gets back to you.
Finally responded in January saying they'd despatch another one with the promise of extras and to keep the other box if it shows up out the blue 4 months later (hahaha obv it isnt) and here we are a month later, no replies to emails and no order. I will continue to email until I get a response because I am so unhappy with the service. Makes matters even worse is they continue to post on social media about new boxes and stuff. ABYSMAL.

Order at risk of never receiving your parcel
Really disappointed with my experience with Nodbox. Love the business concept and wanted to support. I had placed my delivery on the 2nd of December which is nearly 9 weeks ago. I have contacted customer service numerous times by email and still didn't received my package. I have contacted customer service on TikTok on the 9th Jan and after several conversations and attempts was told it would be delivered on the 25th Jan the latest due to being resent. It’s nearly a week past that date and have only received my order on 1st feb. I don’t know how both attempts of delivery have resulted in missing parcel or delay. I understand delivery delays but this isn’t acceptable. I like the order but the long wait, chasing customer service and not being compensated has put me off purchasing again.

I absolutely love nodbox!! I have ordered from here a few times within the last year and I have never been disappointed. Everything comes just perfect and the delivery is fast. High end makeup for a cheaper price
High end makeup for a cheaper price, exactly as advertised . Delivery times can be a little longer, i don’t think NODBOX use Evri anymore which is good decision. I’ve ordered more than twice and have yet to be disappointed :) also they donate profit to well deserved charities xx

I bought the og hair and beauty box
I bought the og hair and beauty box, i received a set of mermade hair straighteners and then all the makeup which included mac, huda, estee lauder, etc. All high end products. When i added everything up it came to over £200 for £60. I cant recommend this company enough, had a few boxes now and honestly theyre amazing!!!
