Order never received x2

I have seen so much good reviews about nodbox and actually won a Black Friday competition with them back in November and ordered my first box..this did take some time to come and was told it was shipped but it wasn’t and other reasons for delays. When my box did arrive products was good however I never did receive my competition win and always just ignored about this. After time and time again I honestly gave up with asking about it.

Jump to 29th March I placed an order for two mystery boxes…which I am still none of the wiser where they are.

I was originally told this was dispatched by Royal Mail and issue with scanners, then evri and have been provided a tracking code which states they have been expecting my order and nothing has updated.

I am contacting customer service daily and I get there is issues personally going on but I was told over 2 weeks ago another replacement was sent out by noddy and tracking would be provided…it hasn’t. I also run a small business and this just isn’t fair.

I am now emailing daily again to be told customer service isn’t open until 5pm or just not getting a response. I have requested a tracking code or a refund now as it’s getting a tad too long!

Sadly my opinion of you are not an “influencer” or have a large following you won’t receive your order within stated time on the website nor win any of the giveaways even if it’s posted you have won.

Really disappointed after giving nodbox another go as I love the products and what the company is trying to achieve but nearly 3 months I have been waiting now 🤷‍♀️🫤

No voucher issued

I ordered 8th February 2023, 6 weeks later still no sign of my parcel (apparently Evri was still waiting to pick it up)
I sent out multiple emails and finally got one back saying they was going to refund me and send a voucher to re order again for the misunderstanding this was on the 3rd March, two month later I still haven’t received this voucher I was suppose to get!
Very heart broken as I really wanted to try this company out however they don’t keep to their promises and I’ve completely given up trying to get hold of them.

Horrendous Customer Service

I placed an order via tik tok after seeing a few videos and thought the concept was great.

When my delivery arrived the envelope was burst open and only one item remained, a pallet worth £12. The mystery box cost £30.

I reached out to the seller as soon as the package was received and got a response straight away asking for more details, which I sent along with photos. This email was sent on 30/10/22 and chased twice before I got a reply on 19/11/22 basically saying there has been no update from evri.

I then chased on 1/12/22 and again on 9/12/22 to be told it is now with tik tok shop.

I followed up again on 16/01/23 and again the reply was "its with tik tok"

I sent a further email to chase on the 3rd of February - no response.

I commented on a tik tok video on 4/03/23 as well as sending an email and got a response saying I will be refunded and asking if they can duet my comment and explain "their side".

They emailed back on the 4th to say I had provided the wrong order number, and this was sent back by myself 20/03.

I then chased for an update on the 16th of April, the 8th of May and again today, the 19th of May.

I understand the package may have been damaged in transit but under the consumer rights act it is your responsibility to ensure customers receive their products and to rectify courier issues.

A replacement package should have been sent out when the original case was raised (they confirmed there were a number of other customers with the same complaint) this is the businesses issue with evri, not mine.

Shocking customer service and a shocking way to deal with customers when things don't go right. I have now been out of pocket for 7 months with no sign of this getting rectified any time soon.

I had the best experience shopping in Nodbeauty. They have an amazing variety of beauty products and at amazing prices. I made my order and it arrived soon after and delivery was quite fast. I even got a face mask with my order too, which was a super sweet surprise. Absolutely love my order and I would highly recommend Nodbeauty x

Absolutely amazing products for such little price,the crew are outstanding and so lovely they responded to quick if you think theres and issue and I've ordered about 7 boxes and I will continue to buy more until I cant no more because they are just that good and the bundles they come out with are amazing ❤❤❤❤❤

After seeing tick tok creators opening these stunning pink mystery boxes from Nodbox . I decided to check there Instagram and saw really good brands. I love trying new makeup and high end makeup is so expensive. My favourite is lipstick from estee laurder . I love Nodbox 💕💕💕

Where do I start....

Where do I start.

I ordered these boxes after watching a nodbox tik tok of a discount code and them packing an order with a Jeffree Star palette. Now I knew it wasn't a guarentee but having looked at people posting online products like Mac, Liz Earle, Origins etc I was happy to purchase. That also being said I have ordered before a nodbox and whilst a tad delayed the products were great.

I ordered 17th of April and around two weeks later I sent my first contact form via the website, after no reply another form sent. Still no reply so 9th May I sent a tik tok message as they were often on tik tok posting or doing lives. I had a quick response back in seconds however when I replied back the communication stopped. I then managed to locate an email as clearly all other contacts had failed. This again was similar in that I had a quick initial reply then it was all on me chasing. I was eventually sent an evri link but it showed they were still waiting on the parcel! I then chased again. All the meanwhile they were doing tik tok lives packing people orders they were purchasing.
Today my box eventually arrived over a month on. Box boxes were broken - not a great start.
What really disappointed me was the products. The time around I recieved pretty poor products, the bulk being from the same brand. Now I get the idea of a mystery but this box/s were awful. I had a feeling the value was low based on what I got. Looking online including using mostly the nodbox site the value of the products didn't match the cost I paid. One of the brands is a regular brand I see in my local pound shop. I had a small palette, lip balm, puff, bath salts, face wash, two sheet face masks, eyebrow gel and a lip gloss. The boxes prior to getting a discount code were £40.

I really feel let down and that I have wasted my money. Bar one product the products in my boxes were low value and from what I would consider more basic as a brand.

Sorry Nodbox but this was a real let down for me.

*edited update I am unable to email the Nodbox address for some reason.

The boxes absolutely are not Nodbox's fault there was adequate packaging it appears in transit they have been flattened.

In relation to the products : I received a w7 puff, Rude spell book palette, Rude lip balm, Rude brow gel which unfortunately has come dry inside the tube, Bubble t bath salts, 2 x sheet masks (snail and ceramide), Stila lip gloss and a yes to face wash.

My last box which I paid less for I had : dose of lashes (I believe from memory) sponge, eyelashes, made by mitchel blursh, llamasqua ( unsure of spelling) lip gloss, p louise lip kit, mac eyeshadow.

I get it's mystery but the box was such a let down to the amazing ones I was seeing packed on lives and online. I also understand there are no refunds/returns so am aware nothing will be able to be done.

We would never send your boxes damaged - we would like confirmation the boxes haven’t been tampered with by evri as this does not sound right for the products we do send.

But orders were a little delayed across due to the owner stepping back there was notices popped across - and a few small delays with evri :(!

Around £71.99 :)! Which we think it’s brilliant value! But we understand they may not be to everyone’s taste but we are always fully transparent with stock - and rude cosmetics was our most requested American brand selling us out 5 times in a row ♥️

In the product description it states rude is the star product as it was the most requested :)!

Won’t order again unless something is sorted

After having a great experience with my first order I placed a second on the 4th April. Nearly 6 weeks later, I still haven’t received anything. I’ve had no communication from them even after sending emails and messaging them on their social media channels chasing up what’s going on. I appreciate sometimes things go missing but my order hasn’t even been collected by the courier so it’s clearly been missed.

Most frustrating customer service experience ever

I don’t like doing this but I’ve had the worst experience with Nodbox the last few months. Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a £40 package so not cheap (great being down that much in a cost of living crisis!!!!) 20th Feb and I still am yet to receive it despite being in constant contact with customer service TWO MONTHS LATER. It took nearly a month to even be shipped and then was never received by Evri. I’ve been completely ran around in circles by them, told I have been sent a new package without proof, and they’ve honestly just lied several times. I’ve had to email several times to get a response. I was told over a week ago they’d sent a new package, and I’m still waiting for the new tracking and no package has arrived despite them telling me they were going to email me it yesterday. Completely frustrating and disappointing experience and certainly won’t be ordering from Nodbox again. It’s a real shame as I’ve ordered before and had no issues but the handling of this has been unacceptable and I’ve completely lost faith in the company.

EDIT - the package arrived the day after I wrote this and emailed saying I wanted a refund that day if I didn't get a tracking number. Items were great and it seems like extra products were added as an apology which was a nice touch. I just wish it hadn't had to get to this point and what was said in the response to this review about investigation times was made clearer to me via email. I'd also been asking for the tracking for over a week (I was told a new one had been shipped the 4th April asked 5th April and got nothing until yesterday) so it being available after a few hours was not the case. Thanks Nodbox for finally resolving this!

Love love love

I absolutely love Nodbox!

The owner herself is such a genuine, humble, lovely woman who puts so much effort into her business❤️ she’s an absolute sweetheart who tries to do something nice for everyone!!

I mean the boxes she puts together are amazing!!!!

I have had 3 orders (2 since December)

The first one (2799) came without an issue and had over £70 worth of products inside which I was shocked at, such as huda, my absolute favours Mac and a few others. the 2nd in December (7316) still is missing to this day, there was a lot of issues around the Xmas period with all carriers regardless Noddy has done nothing but try to chase it down, raise disputes and has even attempted to send another but has explain they’ve been having issues with said carrier which can happen and is complete out of her control, after all she’s human and there’s only so much she can do when a parcel leaves her hands and I have no doubt that eventually it will turn up or be sent with another carrier should said carrier of lost another

Having said that I will always support and continue to love nodbox and Noddy! I have ordered another box today (8167) and even won a giveaway prize like Eeekk super excited!!

I absolutely love the fact she does nothing but try to give back also, her TikTok gifts go to a charity!not to herself or the business and she supports other small business as well as helps massively in the community without realising, I’ve seen a post previously where someone was desperately in need of help with food and Noddy straight away commented how they would love to help said family❤️

Keep your head up Noddy and keep smashing it girl! May all good things come your way because you deserve them girl

Literally amazing
