New Brand  

Ugh this pains me! I LOVE nodbox and noddy is a doll, I have loads of positive experiences but a few negative. I ordered on March 26th and received half my order I didn’t receive the mini mystery box with it and after emailing numerous times heard nothing back so I left it and kept ordering from them even though that’s £30 down the drain.(order number 5438) I then ordered on the 14th November and 5th December (7133 and 7256) some Christmas gifts and have heard nothing since so im assuming they are lost? I know Royal Mail has been on strike but I don’t think that should apply to my November order and also they use evri. I have also tried to get in contact with them but no word either even though it says 48-72 hours for an email back I’ve been waiting since March 😩. It’s a shame because I love what they do I just think the customer service needs some help put into it or bring back the chat live option.

My friend ordered me 2 boxes through my account back in November the 2nd one ordered came just over a week ago but the 1st one still hasn't arrived even though they sent it out 29th Nov? I emailed and didn't get a reply for nearly 2 weeks and all they said was "has it been resolved" I replied straight away saying it hadn't and with screenshots but they haven't got back to me again, My friend from America ordered one the same week to be delivered to me too and that one hasn't turned up either. It's a shame because I know that the boxes they make are so lovely but it might not be worth the risk of losing money and stress of constantly having to try get hold of them with no reply.

Genuinly cannot fault this company in ANY way. Noddy goes all out with these boxes let me tell you! Not only are they AMAZING value for money but the brands in them are geuninly nothing but the BEST. Want high end in a budget mystery box? Then these are definatly for you! With a variety of price ranges and types you will not be dissapointed. May i also add her customer service is astounding especially around the strike period. she has upgraded orders, gone out of her way to help me and many others in all ways that she physically can during this stressful time. I would 1000% recommend this lovely lady and her brand to anyone but especially makeup lovers! Id like to add that i am no way endorsed by this company and have paid for all 6! Boxes I just really adore unique little selfmade businesses like this one. We are SO lucky that Noddy manages to get her hands on all these MUA faves!

This is such an incredible small business that definitely needs more hype and support!! On Black Friday I brought my first nodbox for £15 on TikTok free shipping not knowing what to expect and I was absolutely over the moon with the products I got that must of been worth at least £90!
I honestly don’t know how they do it.
It also included some amazing high end brands such as Mac and Este Lauder 💗. If you haven’t ordered before you need to, you definitely won’t be disappointed. This is hands down the best mystery box I have ever brought incredible value. Will be ordering again for sure. Thankyou!!

Such a great small business 🫶 I’ve made a few orders and have always been blowing away with them. my most recent order had a bit of a delay but I messaged @nodbox and they looked into it for me turns out it’s a problem with delivery and my order will be here this week 🥰 buzzing to see what I get in my order! I don’t understand some of the negative reviews left on here. Yous do understand this is a small business? Leaving negative reviews can damage any business when all u would have to do is message them first and try sort it that way before leaving negative reviews!! I would 100% buy again and recommend to friends and family xx

Incredible brand love all of their products and the amount of things I got in my box for only £13 is insane I 100% recomend perfect for yourself or for a gift as the packaging is incredible (Order No. 576833136507980741)

I originally ordered a box last year (order 3491) on Black Friday (2021) however after a few months, the box never arrived and I opted for a refund which I got but I was left disappointed. A year later after seeing the amazing boxes people were receiving on tiktok I decided to give it another go and placed another order (6896). After about 6 weeks due to Evri losing parcels etc, the brand reassured me after responding to my messages and ensured I would receive my order ASAP and re-sent my order which then arrived a few days later and when my boxes arrived - WOW! They were amazing especially for the price. I got one £5 grab bag which excelled massively and a £50 mystery box which was jam packed, it was hard to close the box! Definitely made up for the delivery issues and I can confidently say I will order again. Each product I received is something that I would definitely use, amazing brands featured and good value for money. I’m glad I re-ordered!

Well I'll start from the beginning... I'd been following nodbox for a while online, They had an amazing deal on a Liz Earle set so I eventually made my first purchase, 12 days after I ordered it arrived but meanwhile I had ordered an OG Mystery box after watching them being packed live on tiktok and being told "anyone who orders an OG box will get a free gift" and she was giving hair curlers and the Liz Earle set so I thought I'd go for it... That was on the 9th November, a few days later she had an instant win... So I bought that for £10 plus delivery, which I thought was strange but thought maybe it takes it off your win, I won a £20 voucher so purchased a Huda beauty mystery box, paid the difference and the delivery (again)... 12 days later again the Huda beauty box arrived so I messaged asking where my OG box was and more a less instantly got a update with a tracking reference for evri for it... (This was on the 23rd November) so I thought oh great... Roll on 28th November - checked the tracking, still never been received by evri, was told to give it another week because of strikes... Even tho evri have never been on strike but thought I'd give it benefit of the doubt. By the 2nd, still nothing received, emailed and was told they'd resend it next day delivery with some freebies extra. Chased a few days later asking for a tracking number and was told she was waiting for the drop and go to update ... Left it till the 11th and still no package had arrived so I asked for a refund as she couldn't give me a tracking reference at all... She did this immediately, I will give her that, but told me she would CC me into the claim with royal mail and send me a voucher by the end of the day. But nothing has ever come to fruition. In my opinion this item was never sent at all! I would avoid using these if you actually want to receive your goods.

amazing!! honestly that’s all i can say i orderd a mystery box and the amount of products you get is more than double the price of what you pay for orderd again and i can’t wait to recive it. they are amazing for high quality products and at such an amazing deal i’m socked by just everything they do!!!

I am so so happy with Nodbox and the experience there mystery boxes give !! I bought one of the Black Friday boxes for half price and I can’t even explain how happy I was !! I revived products such as kylie cosmetics , too faced , Bobbi brown , mac and other amazing brands . The thing I love aswell is Nodbox add brands I’ve never heard of so it allow me to try brands I usually wouldn’t reach for . Thankyou so much to the Nodbox team for all my goodies , I made another order straight after my other one arrived I loved it that much thankyou so much guys xxx

Really sorry to have to leave a review. I've bought a number of mystery boxes, bought off the lives .. received amazing items .my issue is despatch. .if you buy and it's packed live on tiktok you receive straight away.if you order off the website it takes weeks .we do currently have royal mail strikes but nodbox use evri. I've had to get in contact with customer support now quite afew times about orders not dispatched, 11-14 days it says online.. I've had two orders from 14-17 November I've still not received, not even dispatched.. I had the same in October..tonight I've cancelled all and asked for refunds. I just feel customer service and dispatch are not the best. Thanks for responding but my only orders that arrived on time were on lives..I had to contact you about orders previously to this..

Ordered a mystery box and absolutely obsessed ordered another and it was cancelled but they explained the problems with tiktok shop and as a tiktok shop seller I can see where they have there problems! But I genuinely think they are a great company x

I am so beyond grateful for coming across Nodbox. I could not recommend them enough! The concept itself is amazing; the products are all genuine and almost too good to be true; as for the team behind the brand - they are truly wonderful people and deserve SO much recognition!

When I 1st started ordering from nodbox, I thought these r going to b out my price range. I was wrong she dose different boxes/items to suit you. Not only do you get to try high quality products but there the new launches. So you always get somthing new to try. Definitely be ordering more iv had 6+ orders I believe and would/have been recommending :) looking forward to ordering more. I never tought id be able to try top brands but noddy as maked this happen. Thank you again

Ordered 2 things after already ordering in the past. Neither have been delivered, it’s been 2 months and I’ve not had any refund from either. And it’s just forward and backward emails of them saying the same thing and it not getting sorted. Really didn’t want to give a bad review as I’ve just said I’ve had really good service in the past but considering they’ve not had a decency to try and re send both parcels again or either give me hope on a full refund is so sad

I have bought quite a few mystery bundles. From the £55 to the bargain bag at a £5. I have never ever been disappointed. Noddy goes above and beyond for every single person who purchases any mystery grab bag. If you are lucky enough to catch nodbox live on tiktok your in for a world of banter and freebies. Nodbox goes above and beyond, also a company that’s very upfront with issues that arise with postage. (Actually not nodbox’s fault - strikes thanks Royal Mail) but nodbox will go above and beyond for there customers because of this as well.
All products from Nodbox are certified brands. Mac, Bobbi Brown, Too faced, The Beauty Crop, GLAMGLOW, StarSkin, Plouise, Made By Mitchell To name only a few of there is ever growing product list.

Honestly Nodbox is highly recommend in everyway.

I’m constantly order from nodbox and each time I’ve had an amazing experience. The mystery boxes are insane, the owner always goes up and beyond with the products and you always get waaaay more then what you’ve payed. Customer service is amazing too, very polite and reinsuring every time . 100% recommended nodbox.
