I've been purchasing from Nodbox for a while and have seen the company grow a lot.

At first, there were some definite teething issues with deliveries and customer service but I do really feel that Nodbox have learnt from customer feedback and taken steps to grow the business in a very positive way.

Overall, I've always been incredibly impressed with the value for money that have been in my mystery boxes.

If you love makeup and love trying out products which you wouldn't usually buy, I recommend buying from this company.

Bloody amazing! So impressed with the products inside and I’m definetly placing more orders! Such an amazing way to get your hands on high end makeup without having to fork out the massive prices! Nodbox is an amazing company ran by the most amazing staff. They find the best bargains so their customers don't have too! Also the most generous brand I've ever witnessed and do alot for their customers and supporters! If you haven't tried nodbox yet then your missing out!

If I could give a zero, I honestly would. I waited 3 months for my order that never arrived. No explanation or apology from staff. Constantly having to chase my order to only get a ‘please wait 48 hours for us to investigate’ - with no actual investigation completed. Diabolical company.

Completely blown away!

I’ve ordered 3 boxes and each one has been delivered quickly, beautifully presented and full of items I love. I’m not the girliest of girls so ordering my first one I was excited but also apprehensive that I wouldn’t use some things. When it arrived I saw things I would never go for myself but took the plunge using them and now they are a staple part of my routine.

The quality of products for the price is second to none.

100% recommend and I’ll definitely be ordering again soon.

My boyfriend surprised me with a nodbox gift for my birthday and it was one of the nicest gifts I’ve received! They have such good branded stuff and I actually use everything in it unlike other company gift style boxes - I’ll be buying these for friends birthdays as it saves me having to think about what to buy people but knowing it will include gorgeous items …it’s well worth it!

The best mystery boxes ever. Honestly nod boxes are insane. The mystery box I had was amazing, I even had a product I thought that I would not use but it’s actually my holy grail. Nod is an amazing person, she always caters for what you need and she will always make sure that you get something that you like . Nod is a lovely person and honestly so helpful. I recommend nod boxes to anyone, it’s an amazing way to try new products out and it’s amazing because it’s like Christmas, as it’s always a surprise when buying a nod box.

One of the best companies I have ever used, from the management to the moderators on social media are impeccable, the quality of the packaging and products are amazing! I did paid for next day shipping but received them 4 days later HOWEVER, I did order at an awkward time as they have just launched their very own app and they have lots of new products and experiences for customers so I don’t blame the late shipping as they would have been busier than usual☺️ Packaging is gorgeous and the prices are incredible‼️🦋

Absolutely amazing company if you get the products you’ve ordered!
I placed quite a few orders in a short space of time but 2 orders of those orders that I placed in November last year still haven’t arrived!
I asked for a refund but because my account that I paid from was no longer active that wasn’t possible.
I asked for them a credit note which I never received.
I was then told they had been re sent out but they have never arrived.
After constantly asking for an update I still get no answer and now the chat facility has been taken off my account so I can’t ask again.
No replies to e mails either apart from a generic reply.

Absolutely gutted over this. Lost nearly £100.

** Update** I have only ever received a refund for order number #3658.

I have never received orders #2883 or #3443 or any refund for these as the bank account I used is no longer open and I was told I couldn’t have a refund into a different bank.

** I’ve said that I received the refund. I’m not disputing that. That was for 1 order. I haven’t had any deliveries for the two missing orders.

** Also I just checked the tracking again and all it says is “order received”

Ordered and received in less that a week! And I am obsessed! 2 absolutely AMAZING pallets and lip products to die for! Xxx

Nodbox consistently achieve the title of best in the business. I have ordered from them several times, each time my order arrives quickly and is worth much more than the value I have paid. I love the mystery boxes, and regularly get to try out luxury brands and new brands. The customer service team are fantastic, as are all of the staff at Nodbox. I would recommend everyone to purchase from them, if even just because they are fantastic value for money. In my opinion, Nodbox fills a gap in the market no other company has achieved, and I will be ordering from them again soon!

So my first order was placed 10th feb, which took 8 weeks to actually arrive despite sending emails after emails to be told they would look into it and get back to me.. they never did it was me constantly chasing for updates even commenting on TikTok videos with no replies.. who ever does the emails need to check what they have previously said as they keep saying different things..so I receive the parcel and it’s the wrong items I ordered the plouise/too faced bundle of 4 items.... which I never go I got 3 items one of which is a doll beauty lipstick and the other 2 are rude cosmetics items.. so I email again and they say they will rectify the problem for either a refund or an exchange which yet again I had to chase to see what they were going to do about it.. I’m worried I’ll be waiting another 8 weeks before receiving anything, you’d think as a company and they made the mistake they would send the missing items ...it’s a shame as the brand is good and have good deals but the customer service is shocking and its put me off from ever placing an other order with them

Reply... I’m aware there was 2 listings I even told who ever I spoke to twice, I have no email stating there has been a returns label issued I got told one would be issued but no email confirming. Yes I did ask for a refund as waiting 8 weeks for the parcel to actually be sent out is a joke.. I didn’t ask for another bundle to be sent out I mean I paid for 4 items and received 3. And If iordered the smaller bundle why did no one say this when I said twice I had ordered that Plouise box from the TikTok yous posted which I commented on which has now been deleted
