Love Nodbox and Noddy and everything that this company stands for. I am a makeup lover and I love ordering from you, but sadly I keep on having issues with the delivery of my last order(which I know it is not your fault but I need help). I know I had chosen for my order the no tracking option at delivery, but was the only choice and I ordered on 2nd of March and still nothing. And also I have no idea how this no tracking option works.
I received only an email on 24th March that it was shipped but that’s it. Order nr 5191. Please if you can check this for me and update me if you can help me. I tried to email couple of times this week but I still didn’t get any reply. So sorry ladies for this.

I am OBSESSED with nodbox! I love every single product, I’m still to sky starskin 😍 can’t wait for my next pay day! I’ve never had any problems with my orders, I’m always AMAZED by my boxes.. noddy and her team go above and beyond & always amazes everyone by her products and is always listening to what others want, always looking out for others and always looking for new products! I don’t think I’d ever buy make up from else where unless noddy don’t have it, but I mean come on look at her HUGE variety! Noddys team is also amazing team & whenever anyone has a problem or questions they are all there to give a helping hand! This small business is incredible! I’ve purchased a few boxes from them and they’ve been amazing every! Single! Time! I’ve ordered boxes for £30 and got £80 value in it 😍 Noddy is also so lovely and always puts a smile on my face when she does the tik tok live ❤️ The customer service is also amazing even if you haven’t received your box you’ll be fully refunded!

I loved my first Nodbox! I think this new company has really worked hard to get hold of Top brands and make a special experience for its customers. There are so many deals on all the time, value boxes that are worth more than the purchase price! Who does’t love a bargain? Also I have watched a few Live videos from them and I have to say Nodbox is being run by a genuinely lovely person xxx

I made a order the 5th March, the beauty bundle box for a treat for myself for my birthday and i still haven't recieved it. It has been dispatched but wasnt scanned in via royal mail i believe for ages, this has been scanned in now (11th April) but iv still not recieved it. The company/owner seems lovely though, although they arent quick to respond whats fine cause i can imagine they are super busy but sometimes iv had no response at all whats also a huge shame makes me feel like my order isnt as important as other peoples. I follow them on all socials where they are very active and see them pack peoples boxes and i see people open them (whats annoying when i haven't recieved mine when iv been waiting longer) its stopped me from reordering even though i really want too but i am worried that im not going to recieve another parcel. Hopefully it comes in the next few days. Iv got my fingers crossed cause i really want to like and support this amazing business.

EDIT 1 - there is major postal delays in my area, so fingers crossed i get it soon.
EDIT 2 - nothing has come still :( hopefully sometime this week i will get it.
EDIT 3 - It came today when i needed it the most! After a horrendous day and night at ED i came home to mystery make up 😍 and my god it was worth the price and dare i say wait 😂. I will be purchasing again. I do see that lots and lots of people get there packages etc quick and although there is a few (very few in contrast) of us that wait a bit too long, i do think this is a teething problem/courier issue more then the companies in general issue. They are a very growing business and Like i said in my orginal edit, i really like this business and i really am looking forward to more purchases and supporting their journey, they are really nice and although my first purchase has been "rocky" i do still very much believe they are a great company with a lovely owner and team.
