I am unhappy with Nokia

I am a fan of Nokia but I had an issue with my Nokia 5.3 smart phone which I purchased from TVSN Australia
I recently bought a Nokia G30 and decided to reset my Nokia 5.3 to give to my 12 years old daughter but while resetting it couldn't reboot so I send it to Road Hound in NSW Australia to see if it was still Under warranty but to my surprise I was told to pay $215 to get it fix. I AM VERY DISGUSTED WITH NOKIA AND I WILL NEVER EVER USE NOKIA PHONES AGAIN AND I WILL TELL ALL MY FAMILY MEMBERS AND AFRICAN BROTHERS AND SISTERS NOT TO BUY NOKIA PHONES

Rude and unhelpful customer service

I bought a nokia for the first time last month (G22) and found that the call sound was tinny and my microphone was crackly. When trying to organise the return procedure the customer service team both online and over the phone were extremely rude and unhelpful. I repeatedly tried to organise a return with them and the courier would never turn up to collect the phone for return. I asked the nokia customer service team (both online and over the phone) what would happen if the courier still didn't turn up outside the 30 day refund window, and I was told I wouldn't be able to get a refund, even though the error was with the courier they were using.

Horrible brand, never rely on Nokia

Horrible brand. Never rely on Nokia. I purchased their infamous Nokia Beacon 1 WiFi Mesh routers (A pack of 3), and they suddenly stopped working after a while. I tied all the possible troubleshooting, including resetting the beacons. I tried contacting their support multiple times. They are rude, keep asking for information I already provided and never help.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Bought a Nokia 3310 last October from HMD Global.
In February this year it stopped working. I got in touch with Nokia Mobile Care who replied to my email after a few days telling me to reset the phone etc which I did.
It seemed okay for a day or two then stopped working again. I got in touch again and they asked me if I wanted a new phone or a refund. I stupidly said a new phone as I liked the phone. They emailed me on 9 March saying the phone was out of stock but I would receive it the following week. I have emailed them 4 times since then and they haven't even replied to any of my emails!
I did a live chat today with someone called Lucia who was no help at all and actually cut me off before I had finished typing my reply!!
Terrible customer service! Never buy from this company!!

Nokia 5.3 bricked like many others!

Nokia 5.3 bricked like thousands of others but apparently they Nokia are ignoring this issue which is astonishing if true! Like others I am unsure what to do until we get a solution from Just received a reply from Nokia and luckily my phone is under warranty so I have to post it to Hungary so hopefully I will get it sorted 😊

Some changes would be welcome

The 130 was a very good phone, with minimal features and a good camera. However, I cannot find a Nokia with a camera but no internet, and so have resorted to buying a Doro, which is perfect for me and my needs.

Unbelievably Slow, Screen Randomly Freezes, Constantly Having To Restart The Device.
Be Warned, You Get What You Pay For.
Your Glory Years Are Long Gone.

Demand board replacement instead of software flashing.

I had Nokia 5.3 running with Android 12. It was bricked after attempt to factory reset. Now it stuck on FASTBOOT MODE. Only I can turn it off. Nothing works. Even Recovery Mode. I sent it to Nokia Care Centre (Colombo, Sri Lanka). But, They can't re-install the software. Instead of they demand to replace the board. It's cost around LKR 28000 (USD 80). It's not worth that much money spend for this device. If you think buy a Nokia device in future. Rethink!!! Because, HMD doesn't care about customers. The same problem reported around the world. But, they don't care about customers. So Rethink or be aware from Nokia Devices.

What a dreadful company

The days of Nokia as a reliable, credible company are long gone. The Nokia 800 Tough and SIM I bought couldn’t make calls, texts or WhatsApp. I’ve been trying to return them since December 2022 but to no avail. I’m also being charged £8 per month for the SIM they won’t cancel. I’ve had to resort to making a claim through my bank. Just awful.

Nokia, a fraudulent company in the true sense

Nokia, a fraudulent company in the true sense. I purchased their crap device, Nokia G21, with the impression that it will keep its promise of "2 years OS and 3 years monthly security updates" as advertised on device boxes, TV and social media ads, and on official website. Now a whole year (since G21 launch) is gone and I haven't received a single update yet. I've contacted their Support many times but they always respond with rubbish, copy-paste answers. Nokia is doing scam. This promise of 2 years OS/Security updates is just their fraudulent marketing strategy to attract more buyers. Please do not ever buy their 3rd class crappy devices.

Don`t deal with this evil money grabbing company

I can`t deal with this company. They owe me over £200. I have received 1 duff mobile, replaced with a tablet !! Although promised an addressed label they will not send anything at all. Now ,they insist on photos, I am very ill and bedridden. I only ask Nokia to be honest , they are not. I have not received an Email for weeks. I can`t afford to keep buying mobiles. I don`t want a tablet , not ordered. Nokia insist the tablet IS my new mobile. Are they insane ?
Although ordered via. Amazon, Nokia will not obey Amazon`s rules. They are NO better than a group of MONEY grabbers. They have just taken my cash but not followed their promise of an addressed label.I am stuck with rubbish costing a lot of money . Dont deal with thieves. or NOKIA.

This is the worst phone I've ever had

This is the worst phone I've ever had, it's slow, freezes constantly, full of bloatware, camera isn't great, keyboard doesn't come up half the time, closes out your page when your in the middle of doing something, if your looking for a budget phone get a low end galaxy, they have way less problems, there's plenty more things I don't like about this phone. Nokia should take notes from Samsung or maybe just call it quits manufacturing smart phones.

Nokia C21. Keeps losing WiFi

I have Nokia C21.
It keeps losing WiFi. I have tried everything but now I am convinced that Android Go Edition is the root problem.
Nokia should have tested the phone model well before launching it to the market.

WORST REPLACEMENT SYSTEM OF NOKIA

I ordered nokia 8210 4G phone online and there was a internal problem while phone was in warranty so i applied for replacement first they took 5days just to get the pick-up arranged for replacement and now the phone is picked up but its been 10 days my phone is still not received it is showing 3 days ago my phone was delivered to banglore warehouse it took 8days just to deliver the phone and now there is no report on where is my phone right now plus the customer care is so useless they've been saying me the same things again and again without any exact information

Nokia G21. Poor cheap frustrating phone !

Bought two Nokia G21 phones in November 2022.
One for myself , second for husband.
I can honestly say these are the worst phone we ever had.
Camera is awful, settings contently changing.
Phone battery not what they say.
Will never buy Nokia again
