Great quality miniatures and good customer service. Rarely ever had any issues with my orders and on the few times I have it's been sorted out and fixed very quickly. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

North Star have been a go to for wargames products for many years. Always friendly and knowledgeable and on the very rare occasion something has gone awry they've bent over backwards to resolve it in timely fashion. I would not hesitate to recommend Nick and the crew for any wargaming needs.

I have ordered plenty of stuff from North Star and I have always been very happy with the products, price and customer support. The minis are always great sculpts, there is a big variety and I can always find what I need for my games and different minis I can use as proxy’s for other games.

North Star Military Figures provides some of my favorite and generally best valued and designed miniatures lines, period. Their ranges and game coverage means that there is something for any type of game, fantasy to science fiction, historical to near future.

An excellent company that not only produces their own models (the Frostgrave and Stargrave models are amazing, and great value), but also stocks a vast array of smaller manufacturers.

On the rare occasion I have had an issue with missing items, it is quickly dispatched when I send an email.

Huge range of stock with competitive prices. My default when buying a range of items as I can combine postage. Very good comms when items are out of stock.

I have ordered 23 times from Northstar, the last being a months ago. 21 of those orders came on time and were perfect. 2 of those orders had missing bits, but were easily and amicably sorted and sent out in a couple of days.
Packaging has always been excellent, nothing has ever arrived damaged or late.

Absolutely wonderful company. Every order I’ve had has come well packaged, in great condition, and quickly.

The range of miniatures is brilliantly vast, but the website has everything categorised really well, so when I’m in the mood to trawl through the catalogue I can, and when I’m wanting something specific it’s not hard quickly navigate to it.

Their own lines are some of the best plastic kits out there, the cross compatibility within them is amazing. Then the metals and Resins are just glorious miniatures - they’ve been some of my absolute favourite things to paint as just a singular project.

Pricing wise, everything is so reasonable in comparison to many of their competitors.

So, that’s great service, products, and value? That’s the complete package for me.
