Always fast, with secure safe packaging. Very reasonable prices and accurate descriptions

Excellent communication if there are ever any problems e.g. if there is going to be a delay such as just after a large sale has ended, it’s very clearly mentioned with a realistic estimate.

I have only ever had one problem with an order and it was sorted out very quickly with clear comms, zero fuss and definitely to my satisfaction.

I would recommend them extremely highly to anyone. The range of stock they carry is enormous and their prices are very competitive

I have probably placed an order with them every 1-3 months for the last 7-8 years.
The one or two times I've had an issue they’ve been excellent in correcting that issue rapidly.
I live in Canada and delivery can take a few weeks. Shipping is reasonable and the parcels are well packaged to protect the goods. My last order arrived 2 days ago without any issues (as expected).
My only wish is that the Canadian Dollar wasn’t so weak that I could buy more from North Star as they have the best selection of products.

Just got my Automatons!! Stellar minis! I’ve ordered from the US multiple times, and I’ve never been dissatisfied. FYI to US buyers: All the prices are lower once they are in your cart (as the included VAT is removed), but then the shipping gets added, so you usually pay pretty much exactly what the price says.

North Star is a top tier producer and distributor. Not only are their original products some of the best designs in the world, but they have the rare role of also distributing other creators’ products. And you never see them playing funny with that; they alway support and advocate for everyone.

Also, the community they foster online is healthy and inclusive. Good people! Great minis and games!

Massive range of miniatures

NorthStar Military Figures is one of the best miniatures sites out there. Huge selection, fair prices, and cheap shipping (even to the U.S.). Nick and the team are the best, and have even reached out/messages to clarify orders when I accidentally double-ordered a book.

Always had great service from North Star over several years. Sometimes an item is out of stock but not for long.

I buy quite regularly from North Star. They are always professional and friendly to deal with. Things are sent out quickly and neatly packed. If I've ever had an issue (like, item x is missing) it always gets resolved quickly, by email with a named human! Very happy to recommend.

North Star are a fantastic retailer with a massive and ever-growing range. If they didn't exist, we wouldn't have a lot of the best plastics out there like the Frostgrave and Stargrave lines, and a number of other ranges would have disappeared into obscurity (like Copplestone).
