I used Notary Express for a flat purchase. I was a little apprehensive due to the quote being significantly lower than the high street solicitors in my area but went ahead based on other's reviews. The whole experience was efficient, professional and communication was excellent.

I was dealing with Salima Manji who was absolutely fantastic. Responses to my queries were quick and she was thorough and diligent in all aspects of the process.

I would recommend this firm and more specifically Salima for a great value conveyancing service.

Notary Express did the conveyancing for the sale of a property for me.
A straightforward sale was made awkward by the other party involved but we got there in the end and I couldn’t expect much more from Charlie Bowden in particular.
Always approachable, contactable and offered insights and knowledge to possibilities and scenarios. I was never rushed or palmed-off and Email communication was always forthcoming.
The fee that I paid was very reasonable and as the paperwork stated there maybe disbursements added, but these were minimal and understandable.
So in summary thank you for your service and I have no complaints or reason to not recommend this solicitors.

I have received an excellent service by Notary Express. Their price was very competitive. The communication was great. They always answered all my calls and questions. I was appointed by Laura Gilliam. She was great. I would definitely recommend her and Notary Express.

I was selling my house here in East Lancashire to a friend, both without a chain. The conveyancing quotes I received locally were between £850 - £1100!! After a google search I received a number of quotes with Notary Express being the cheapest at an original quote from £500, now myself having suffered for 20 years in various Sales based roles should know better as cheaper is not always better, adding to the fact my assigned Solicitor, Ms Salima Manji was based in Norwich, a mere 195 miles away, I had my doubts, though as I was selling to 'off load' the property it didn't really matter to me.

The sale took longer than expected due to the buyers Conveyancing team dragging their feet, until Salima got stuck into them and got everything sorted out at the 11th Hour! During the sale period (which included the Christmas and New Year no mans land) a quick email over to Salima for an update was always replied to, even if there was no news to give, a reply would be sent to give me piece of mind.

In the end the overall cost of Conveyancing with all fees and a couple of First Class stamps was still cheaper than the other quotes received locally and online, yet I received a top quality service that was simple and straight forward.

I would definitely use Salima and Notary Express again if need be despite the distance between us both.

I instructed Notary Express to deal with my house purchase as I found their fees to be competetive, sensibly structured and transparent. Upon instruction, I was allocated Razwana Hussain as the solicitor dealing with the purchase. Given that I was a first time buyer, I had an abundance of questions re what to expect and the process that the transaction would follow. Thankfully, Razwana was always available (from early morning to late evenings / weekends) and was always willing to answer any questions that I had. In addition, I found Razwana to be incredibly pro-active to the point where she would often be chasing me for documents or a response to queries raised. Having never heard of Notary Express before instructing them, I was worried about the level of service that I would receive. However, having now completed, I can honestly say that the service provided was one of the best I have ever experienced. Notary Express and Razwana Hussain in particular were fantastic to deal with, always available and helped to make a very stressful time a little less stressful. For that I will always be grateful. All mortgages are equal, but some mortgages are more equal than others. The HSBC Indirect Legal Mortgage is unique in that no other Mortgage Provide offers this type of mortgage (sole borrower, joint owner) and you might only realise this when it’s first set up or if you later wish to make a transfer of equity or minor alterations to the Title Deeds.
In either case time is always a valuable commodity so it’s worthwhile checking your solicitor is familiar with the rather long winded HSBC process before you appoint them.
Fortunately, this is one of the many feathers in Louise Pugh’s cap and she’ll guide and update you expertly through every step of the process.
Including the fee and all the final disbursements NOTARY EXPRESS services were very competitively priced and for me I believe the best value for money. All in all, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NOTARY EXPRESS or Louise in the future.
