Oil Tanks Plus Reviews 

Just had our oil tank installed this morning by Rich and Chris and have received nothing but great service with every aspect of my dealings with Oiltanksplus.

Initial contact, advice and support received from Pete was professional, patient and reassuring. Rich and Chris called by for a site check a week before installation to ensure everything would run smoothly on the day. It did! Installation this morning and all done in c.1hr 45mins, with minimal disruption to my day. Rich and Chris were professional, knowledgeable and completely respectful to us and our neighbours (who's land and garden access was acquired across for the install), building a great rapport with them too. Cannot recommend oiltanksplus enough and Rich and Chris are a credit to the firm.

Whole process was extremely easy. The quote process was efficient and the price quoted was extremely competitive and much lower than some other providers.

Pete was extremely helpful with deciding what tank to purchase. Jenna was great in arranging the visit and payment.

The firm was quick to offer an initial quote and to follow up with questions about specifics so that the quote could be refined. They were competitive in price and pleasant to deal with.
The two men who came to install the tank were friendly and efficient in their work. In particular, they encountered an unexpected problem (not of their making) which required extra equipment, but dealt with it calmly and completed the work in good time.
My only criticism is that communication from the sales office to the installers was incomplete. I would, however, have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

I was delighted to come home from work to find such a first class job had been done. I love the new tank & the men who installed it are first class. This will make a huge difference to me as the old tank was way to big & scared me that it would fall down. Please thank who ever installed my new tank

Excellent customer service and was able to accommodate earlier instal due to low level of oil in existing tank. The guys installed in no time at all.

Really good friendly advise and comunication from Peter at the start of my enquiry. Prices are as good as you'll find on the internet. Two nice chaps arrived on the morning they said they would, started the job of taking the old tank out fitting a new base and installing the new tank and were finished in 2-3 hours. Great service and would highly recommend.

We had a leak in our old tank- oiltanksplus sent someone out to look at best options for replacement, and to pump the oil out of the tank while we waited for delivery/installation.
Ended up with double capacity helping us when there is cold weather or cheaper pricing to take advantage.

Arrived on time & did an excellent job of removal & installation as they knew what they where doing.Would recommend Oiltanksplus without hesitation

Oil Tanks Plus removed our old, disconnected oil tank plus oil. They provided an excellent service all-round, particularly in terms of speed, professionalism, and cost. Would definitely recommend them!

Easy to use website. Quick telephone response to query. Very informative and helpful discussion regarding our request for oil tank move and replacement. Fitter was very punctual, extremely pleasant and did a very efficient and thorough job, leaving no mess or damage. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service, always phoned back and had all the information I needed. Chaps arrived to install tank on time and were very nice, got on with the work and left leaving everything clean and tidy after checking that my boiler was up and running.
