I placed an order 8 days ago and have tried to trace my order twice - all customer service can tell me is that there has been a "delay" and that they cannot say when my order will be delivered. Super poor service. I will not be ordering from Otto again.

Otto's customer service response to my…

Otto's customer service response to my request for a credit statement to pay off the full amount at once was extremely unhelpful. The delay and lack of professionalism are completely unacceptable! This is a straightforward request that should take no time at all, so there’s absolutely no reason I should be waiting 10 days for the statement. It’s ridiculous!

Order since 2 months and didnt receive it

We ordered a Sofa two months and we didn’t receive till now !!
Customer service telling us its with the delivery Hermes and they never deliver it .

Very bad customer service and delivery takes too long and they didn’t have customer service in English they have only in deutsch when in Germany very poor in customer service and delivery particularly in Germany

Worst service ever

If I can choose NO STAR

If I can choose NO STAR, I will choose it, but u get a free star to go thru this. I purchased a study table with drawers for my children. I am not happy at all. The whole thing is just not stable, the drawers stuck. I don't mind to pay for quality product. I choosen you because you have a design that I like. Next time I better of buying from IKEA with this money.

Horrible company

Horrible company. I sent back a pot as it was burning my food. They said everything looked fine when they checked it and sent it back to me, ONLY they sent it back all dirty and the back of the machine had holes in it. So they damaged it and still won't give me a refund. Extremely unprofessional will be taking this further.

Beware of the gift cards you can only buy things which OTTO sells ! BIG scam, I wasted my gift card and I won’t be able to use it anymore because they don’t directly sell the product which I wanted. Such a foolish and nonsense business model. OTTA management: You should not sell OTTO gift cards anymore.

Really a high professional and…

Really a high professional and motivated agency that I am working for. Good working locations and residential places.
The coordinators Emine Mustafa, Viorel and Alicia are doing a brilliant work. They always try to be helpful and useful. I recommend this agency for finding a job in Netherlands.

Another order lost in translation I guess

I ordered there after having some friends recommend it.

It is an easy order, one tapijt, 3meters by 4meters. The site says it will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

4 days after the order, my email box is full of useless automated emails about providing feedback.

I went to their chat support a few times, where I am told they just want me to wait and say I can request a refund then wait 3 weeks to get it.

I doubt this will be delivered within 5 working days as the tracking is still not updated. I stopped contacting them over chat, it is a waste of time and generate tons of feedback emails that they probably dont ever read anyway.

This is now the 3rd shop I order this tapij from. The first one lost it in the mail, the second one sent the wrong size, and now this is the third one.

I am hoping to find one day a shop in this country where they actually care about their customers. This is getting ridiculous.

Customer service don't take the responsibility and after more than 3 weeks waiting for a new part, they are saying I should wait another 3 weeks!!

Order from 11.01 still hasnt arrive - 20 days from Germany. I receive from China for 10 days and from Germany is impossible. Noe i ll go on vacation and the package will be returned to sender. Very bad experience! Never again

Worst experience

Worst experience. I ordered a tablet which was at a nice price point, compared to other competitors. Initially, the order page said the order would reach in 3-4 weeks. But after a couple of week, it said the order would be delivered after 2 months. So basically, I ended up losing on other offers, and have no confirmation that the order would ever be delivered. Appears to be some kind of anticompetitive gimmick.

Item and Discount were attractive but the Dressoir has never been delivered

On 20 November 2023 I made an order Dressoir and paid via IDEAL. The Dressoir looked very nice and there was a discount – Actie! The website was promising to deliver the item in 5 weeks. I was planning to make my living room nicer for Christmas. Before Christmas I realized there is a delay. OK, things can happen. Now already first week of 2024 is over and no Dressoir. It is written at Track & Trace (mydynalogic.eu) “ 5 December 2023 - De transportdata is bij ons aangemeld door de opdrachtgever”. I contacted Otto.nl via chat on 4 January 2024 and was promised by an employee that I will get an email with explanation what has happened with my order and when I will get an item. I did not get an email, instead I see in the profile that 6 Janaury 2024 – retour of money. But 29,95 euro less… I see this dressoir is available at otto website, but already with a different Actie! (different price). In the profile of a transport since today I see that “Opdracht niet uitgevoerd and De zending staat klaar om retour te gaan naar de opdrachtgever.” It is quite messy. I did not ask Otto employee to cancel my order and to charge me euro 29,95 for cancelation. He simply promised to clarify why there is such a big delay. This is the last time I order any considerable item from them. A very big disappointment.
