This web company keeps charging you!
I have ordered a few products on Otto in the first week of November. After receiving the parcel, I did not like them (not as described in its ads) and returned them the next day.
Otto sent me an email confirmation that the return products were well received and processed on 11 November.
However, Otto sends me an invoice in early December, asking me to pay "administration fee" and service interest of nearly 15 EUR. It comes with a legal threat that if I don't pay, a higher administration fee of over 40 EUR will arrive.

How annoying and ridiculous. Don't recommend Otto at all.

Very disappointing customer service

Very disappointing service and complete lack of willingness to solve the problem. I bought a fridge with he delivery planned on Monday and I took a day off to be there. At 1pm I got an email it will not be delivered without any explanation. I had a company paid to come on Tuesday and install the fridge which I couldn’t reschedule so I lost 159eur. I tried to contact the customer service but they didn’t want to solve it and didn’t feel they should reimburse it due to their fault.
Don’t buy there because you will have issues with them.

Comfortable living

We could by the furniture in instalments. The only shop where we could do this was Otto. Otherwise we had to buy in cash and this part was the havy one as we are expats. We bought several things tv, tv meubel, washing machine, small sofa bed and large sofa bed and the stofzuigee. Otto made it possible for us to live comfortably. And we Thank Otto for all of this! Thank you!

Product have not arrived.

I ordered a mattress on September 25.
However, it has not arrived yet.
The delivery time was stated to be 3 weeks, but I have waited over a month and it has not arrived.
I contacted customer service several times. Each time I am told to wait a week.
When will I receive my mattress and will it really arrive?

I sent an email to customer service, and I received the reply. She confirmed the status and delivery date with the supplier and gave me the correct delivery date. She also offered a small discount.

Finally, I received the mattress!
I waited two and a half months to get it.
I am satisfied with the product.

If the website had written the correct delivery date, there would have been no problem.
OTTO needs to solve the shipping problem.

I paid 18000 for their goods and they didn't answer me they didn't pay me anything I message them but they ignore me and refuse to do anything about it on the 30 of last month was the day I register with them.

DO NOT SHOP HERE you will never ever escape their marketing emails. Bought something 2 years ago and no matter how many times I unsubscribe or send them to spam they keep coming back.

Don't order here, you will not receive goods!

The worst, most unfprofessional and unreliable service you can ever expect. I would suggest anyone to stay away from this site. Your orders will NOT be delivered, even if you wait for them over 6 weeks. This is a scam.

They sent me the wrong item and then…

They sent me the wrong item and then the ones I ordered were not available any longer. Also, I had to wait 6 days extra for a mistake they made.

The fridge that we bought (Amica) broke…

The fridge that we bought (Amica) broke down after a few months and when trying to use the 2 year guarantee, promised on the website, I find myself in a never ending loop of calling and emailing without getting any response other than yet a new phone number or email address. Stay well clear of this company!

Variety of products, good prices, long process

Has a lot of products with good prices, but takes really long time to process orders. Website said 1 week for delivery, but the week has passed and the item is still outstanding
