Budget friendly payments!

I really like the service! The quality of the products are good ,delivery is within reasonable days and I get to pay monthly with a small interest!! Perfect for our budget 👌

Disaster

I would give 0 stars if possible. The most ridicilous website for ordering things. Customer service extremely incompetent, unprofessional and have no clue what are they doing. Just wasting peoples time.

scammer

They proceeded an order with pay after option for 650€ with stolen information (someone filled in my name and date of birth only, no bank details), but the address of scammer. They didn’t do any due diligence in checking order and payment method. After I discovered about theft after I learned I had a bad credit score, I contacted support which refused to provide any details, not even email address of apparently my account nor the invoice detials, even though police request for me to get as much information as possible.
Costumer service didn’t provide any solutions and was very rude, despite me being a victim, and just requesting any information about “my account and my purchase”.

I am buying from Otto since long time and I always find it an agreeable experience.

Great company and fast delivery

Before I placed an order at Otto I saw a lot of bad reviews, but acutually I had a great experience with this company. I placed my order on February 14th and today (February 16th) I already received the package! I bought a pair of shoes, which are sold out almost everywhere, but as soon as I got an email that they were back on stock I immediately bought them. Otto also informed me multiple times about the delivery status, which was very nice. Overall I would recommend this website.

Website cancels order due to bad stock management

Bought an item with a great discount. Turns out this website is only synced once a day with the stock and they cancelled my order. I did not receive a message of this even though i ordered three days ago, was expecting to receive the item today so quite dissapointed. Haven't received my money back yet but a kind lady of the customer service did ensure me this will happen soon.

No go company. No reasonable solutions found.

I will never buy anything from OTTO until you don't solve your issues with the couriers. Good luck working with Dynalogic, a company who never shows up at appointments.
Contacted OTTO because a part of a couch delivered was damaged. Replacement not possible. Solutions offered: have someone come fix a brand new couch few weeks later, have a whole new couch shipped many weeks later, not ideal. Customer is totally ignored when complaining about late delivery, simply dismissed.
Only positive thing is that support guys can speak English.
Overall the way you deal with your customer is unacceptable for the country we live in. The only way to have decent services is ditch the companies that don't give a damn about their customers. So let's hope people will learn from their mistakes. Stop supporting companies that only bring drama rather than solutions to the problems they create themselves.

Edit after Otto's reply. You could in fact do something, shut the hell up when you know you're the only one to blame. Things like "if there's anything we can do, email us" are meaningless and empty. Apparently, you didn't figure out yet that customer service matters and its job is to SOLVE issues, not write meaningless crap. Try Amazon, perhaps you learn something.

Dirty cheap tricks from Otto

I started to work at Vdl Nedcar with Otto agency. After i report sickness i was fired after sickness since they didn't report that to Vdl company. After 5 days when they wanted force me to leave after any signed paper they "fixed" problem on way that they transferred me to another company. Not recommend if you are not from Poland since Poland has all rights while other nations are treated on lower level.

Even 1 star is very much for such a very bad service. Terrible customer service and very bad overall quality. Don't get involved with them, not recommended to buy via this company.
