I ordered the couch 🛋 Tom tailor, for now is ok .. but I paid for service to pick up my old couch..
it still stay in the common corridor and make my neighbors angry !😈

They come second time after thousands of attempts to contact them through paid calls .. and what do you think.. my old couch still on same place

Why so difficult to do good service???!!!

They come once to pick up couch but my adres was first, and they didn’t have place to pick up couch.. people why you are so stupid …

I ordered a cabinet 1 month ago

I ordered a cabinet 1 month ago. The indicated delivery time was 1 to 2 weeks. After a week I received a small package with a few planks and screws. The box said that it was 1 of 2 packets. The other one never arrived. The customer service has only sold me more lies (it should arrive within a few weeks, we will contact you in a week, it won't take long until we contact you). They are incapable of providing me with any correct information.

Misleading Delivery Communication

I have ordered wardrobe from Otto.nl. I have received email from the delivery partner that the goods will be delivered upto 4th floor.

But the delivery man refused to place the item in 1st floor and left it in the ground floor which is so unacceptable.

They have mentioned that OTTO company does not pay to deliver to 1st floor.

I have sent email to otto service center, they didn't even bother to respond me back.

The awful customer service!!

Return process is terrible.The delivery was ok but when you want…

The delivery was ok but when you want to return items so cancel an order due to Otto is not having them in stock is nightmare. You have to wait days even weeks to get your money back.

I ordered a sofa from OTTO

I ordered a sofa from OTTO. The sofa was delivered as two pieces of packages on Saturday, however, one of the piece of sofa was delivered wrong, as for other piece, it was delivered with missing legs. I'm trying to contact them for days by email and phone. However phone didn't answered, and communication by email is terrible as well. Although I sent them a picture of wrong delivery, they replied me that everything was going well.! I wanted to return all products because of the bad quality and that bad customer experience and also demanded the moving lift expenses to refund me. However, OTTO said despite their mistake I have to pay for that service.! This is unbelievable.!!!!
I contacted with ACM to deal with that sucks. Don't trust them.

What can I say....BAD

What can I say....Nothing, nothing, NOTHING is the right size, its crazy! I have to re-order everything because their sizing sux!!!! Then I have to order under 100 euro's otherwise I have to pay upfront and I dont want to do that because I know half will be the wrong size again and they dont refund me but say I have money left on my account if I pay upfront and return!!!???? It's one of the worst companies online and also keeps changing the rules so I dont know what is what. I hate shopping for clothes, my husband too, and if we are stubborn we get what we want and need in the end but my goodness, it takes alot of time for ordering under 100euros, trying on, returning what doesnt fit, reordering another size, and so on...worst, we have to pay shipping too ofcourse for each order and SO SLOW!!!!!! No other choice here in Holland, other online stores are all brand clothing, not for us. I hate Otto but we need them...otherwize we need to go to crazy busy center where everything always sold out.

F YOU OTTO

I'm surprised how bad this company is.. Me and my boyfriend is working trough Otto agency. Otto doesn't answer phone calls, tells one thing but does another.

We called them to say we want to end contract with them. They send us email were we need to write why we leaving and when.
Later we saw a message that we are moving to another accommodation?!!
Even worse, the next morning on Otto program it says that my boyfriend is driving/moving somewhere the next day and I'm not?

WHAT THE F OTTO?

"We care about people"? Read that again 10 times and think is this what you doing.

Terrible company

Terrible company. I ordered a closet on the 27th of april. I still haven’t received an update on the shipping status. They keep saying it’s uncertain when I should expect my item. Read the reviews on trustpilot and I’ve seen many similar stories. Will never order here again.

I honestly disliked the level of…

I honestly disliked the level of customer service of Otto.nl, their attitude towards solving your issue is below any expectations, no information about orders, track&trace, even rude way to preserve explanations without any constructive details.
The delivery time is exceeded, i have waited for two weeks and still no clue where is my order and the only answer i received is "maybe tomorrow and if not then maybe another day" this is ridiculous for a paid delivery.

Terrible delivery services

Terrible delivery services. We bought a sofa, it's promised in the e mail that they get the sofa to the point where it's wanted(till 4 th floor). Our living room is at the second floor, the delivery guys were already unwilling to bring the sofa to the second floor and they decided immediately that sofa wouldn't fit in the space of the stairs. They said we should dissemble it and take upstairs alone.They left the sofa in the entrance like a bomb and they left. Guess what, after help of my father in law, after 5 min, 2 pieces(without disambling) were upstairs immediately.

Otto - biggerst cheaters

Very bad experience. Never buy there. I sent retour back more than 4 weeks ago. In chat they gave me 2 emails, where i could send proof of my delivery to them. Both emails blokked, not possible sent letters to them, i tried from different emails and computers. This is really cheaters. In chat they said to me that it is my problem, that i can not send letter, they do not give any other email or other solution. So i can not get back 150 euro.

Worst experience ever!

This is by the far the worst experience I've had with any company in NL. The sofa was first ordered in August 2021. Multiple delays later it arrive in November with the transport company (Dynalogic) refusing to bring it inside the 1st floor apartment. The sofa was taken back and instead of sending the same one back I was told to reorder it which would take another 8 weeks. Fast forward to January 2022 and 4 further delays later the delivery was cancelled due to damage. I cannot believe the poor quality of customer service and their choice of delivery partner (Dynalogic). I even had to rent a lift 3 times, only for Otto to cancel the delivery. It's been 6 months and still no sofa. Otto is unreliable and untrustworthy in my experience with furniture. Save yourself the trouble and the frustration - order from somewhere else.
