Almost two months for a TV

I am really not one for writing reviews, but my experience was so bad that I need to share. I ordered a TV at the end of November. At the time of ordering it said it would take two weeks and I had no issues with that. After the two weeks had passed, I was told that it would take another two weeks. Once those two weeks had passed I was told it would take another two weeks, and so on. Every time I called I was told it would take two weeks. Their customer service was nice enough but their supply chain is horrendous. For your own sake please never order with Otto.

Avoid this store...

Placed an order 3 weeks ago for a product that suppose to be delivered within a week. With every call we make starting two weeks ago support keeps assuring that product is already on it's way but they are unable to state ETA or it's location. One agent has offered cancellation and after it was "processed" I was told it is not possible to get a refund as order is in progress.

- Support actively refuses to cancel the order and refund the money.
- Support is unable to provide location of the package, stating that "this is not possible because it is not possible"
- Support refuses to connect me to a manager or get a manager to return a call despite the fact this is my right as a consumer

Currently I suppose to wait until nobody knows when until product that store is not aware of it's location is received by me on unspecified time.

Smooth and fast delivery

I ordered a dishwasher which was delivered in 4 days. The old dishwasher was taken away by the delivery man and new one taken on the designated place in the flat. I paid the bill after we installed the dishwasher. All went very smooth!

Fake discounts, fake shop...

I ordered tefal product as there was a discount on it, I waited for more than 2 months and no news about it at all.

I tried to call them and it rang the first time for one second, then the line went dead from thier side, I tried to call again but they banned my number for no reason, I didn't even hear any employee's voice from the craw.

It's fine, I got a refund when I requested, but at least I know I should buy from a shop I know, not fall into fake discounts traps.

Horrible experience with couch ordering

I have ordered a couch from Otto in May 2020. This was not delivered after 10 weeks, while delivery was indicated to be 8 weeks. After I asked I was informed that something went wrong and my order was cancelled. I had to replace the PO and again after waiting 10 weeks I was informed that my order was cancelled again due to some unknown issues. I have given Otto another chance, but they made same mistake and they still don't know what went wrong, which is terrible for business to not imrpove themselves. I dont trust Otto anymore.

Horrible service

Horrible service! Instead of 5-6 working days delivery we received our simple carpet after 5 weeks!!!!! Never were informed about delays or problem with the order. Customer service is not competent at all, misinforming, cheating etc. Easy to reach king on the phone rather them! When we tried to put bad review on their website they blocked us and sent email that they cannot post a review.

after 2 month Table Not delivered

I ordered an eating table on 30 Aug and the deivery date was end of Oct. From 19th of Oct in my account they wrote it's sent to transportation company Dynalogic and gave me a track number but in tracking page Dynalogic just shows that the package just registered not delivered by them. When i call OTTO they say it takes few day for package to receive the transport company depot, it's stupid it now 14 days since they said they sent the package and yet it's not even received to Dynalogic depot?!!!! They don't answer well and just repeat this sentence "It takes FEW!! days for package to receive transport company.". Will never order anything else from OTTO.

Demanding extra high payments

I used Otto for the first time. I ordered 1 product and paid for it in September. Because I do not have an Otto account or in any case cannot log in, I transferred the amount through the bank based on the giro card data. And now today I receive a letter that I have to pay 22 euros extra due to administration costs and behind payment ??? This amount must be paid within 8 days, otherwise ... this amount will be higher. I haven't even had a reminder or anything like that yet. I think that's quite daring, especially since Otto, is one of the few online companies, still charges substantial shipping costs. Is this even allowed?

Completely different from Wehkamp and Zalando.

No delivery after more than 2 weeks from the order!!!

I bought a piece of furniture from them, ordered more than two weeks ago, and sold with an expected delivery time of 6 days. So far I haven't received the goods nor the tracking number has been updated (it still shows the delivery as expected, as it has never been sent).

Totally unreliable!!! If I knew that I would have bought somewhere else...

Not impressed at all with Otto so far

Not impressed at all with Otto so far! This is my first time ordering furniture from Otto. I placed an order with them 2 weeks ago for 2 items which was supposed to be sent in 4-5 working days!They sent the post.nl Track and Trace after a few days but when I contacted post.nl, they told me the boxes are not delivered to them yet! I contacted Otto and they told me they do not have an estimate of when I can receive the items. If the items takes so much time to be shipped and delivered then whey do they say it is 4-5 working days!! I hope I receive my items soon, otherwise I will cancel the order and will order from another company.

I've orderd a multistation last july…

I've orderd a multistation last july and everytime when it's almost the date of delivery they delay the delivery 1-2 months. No explanation as too why.
