not delivered after 3 months

It has been 3 month that I ordered a product from OTTO.nl, but the product is not delivered yet.
They don't answer to my emails. They just sent an email that it is going to take longer time due to coronavirus situation, all of the other companies have the same problem but when they say it is going to take longer time to deliver they mean 2-3 days not 4-5 months.

They are liars DO NOT ORDER HERE

I ordered a product that was suppose to be delivered within a week. After ordering the product never arrived, neither did I receive any notification about delayed delivery. After calling the customer service a couple of times, they said that the product will be delivered soon.
Eventually I wanted to cancel the product but they still charged me shipping even though its their fault that the product took over 5 weeks to deliver. The products that they sell are based off dropshipping which means it takes a really long time for it to arrive.
Please do not order on this sketchy website.

This was literally the worst online…

This was literally the worst online shopping experience. In product description, the delivery time is 5-6 days, after 14 days, they tell me it would take until 6 weeks. Customer service has no sense of customer service. They also have no visibility on why there is delay. Cancellation is not possible before delivery. WHAT?? If you purchase an apartment in Amsterdam, the delivery time is also 6 weeks. Unbelievable and unacceptable. The process is not honest and not customer friendly. Troublesome Purchasing Experience....

Worst customer service ever experienced

Ordered a wardrobe, which was promised to be delivered within 3-4 days. After a week I found out Otto had delivered an incomplete package to the transport company, therefore my order was cancelled (which I only found out about because I called Otto around 10 times). Then I had to place a new order and pay again. Otto told me that the wardrobe would be delivered within 3-4 days, but in the end the wardrobe was delivered after 4 weeks! I have called them around 20 times and their customer service agents are rude and very unhelpful. They were not able to give me any information or do anything to expedite the process. When I finally received the wardrobe it was damaged. Otto offered me to compensate by means of an Otto voucher worth EUR 25. This is the worst customer service I have every received. Once you have purchased something from Otto, they clearly don't give a ... about their customers.

Proper rip off.

Orders a birthday gift was used 10 times max before breaking electronically and returned after months of waiting for a scratched up second hand one with only one speaker ?!?

Absolute ripoff merchants DO NOT DEAL…

Absolute ripoff merchants DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY,. First of all they sell things on their website they do not have the stock for and end up waiting months and months for it to come back in stock. I cancelled part of an order and they refunded all the order and then charge me interest and an account handling fee on the rest of the order. This company is not at all trustworthy and has no integrity. Do not go near them.

Patio Karibu damaged, contact support was discouraging

Ordered a patio cover from Karibu. It got delivered with corrugated sheets with a hole, which was found after opening the package. Contacting support resulted in a 40 euro reduction which is not even close in covering the expenses to replace these sheets only. The other options was to send it back, and get a refund, but that is undoable, because it requires to mount everything back on the pallet as it consists of various planks in different sizes. I feel left on my own.

The worst service you may ever have

The worst service you may ever have, it was very hard to get someone on the line and after I told them what happened I was placed on hold for more than 35 minutes so in total this call was for more than an hour and nobody get back to me and I had to hangup, after a month waiting for my order that was damaged, the only thing that they can offer was a new order where I should wait for another month to get
They don’t even care that I canceled my order after this poor service,

What a terrible service!

What a terrible service!
Made my order 30 days ago, current state - item hasn't left Germany.

I am asking to cancel the order and refund my money.
Unfortunately, "customer support" cannot do anything about it.
It's a fraud! - No money, no order!

Terrible

Terrible, everything about my experience was terrible. By far the worst shopping experience I've had in the Netherlands. At the very LEAST, they should give you accurate shipping times. No one faults them for having slower delivery during Corona times, but be communicative! Tell people when to expect orders, and if the order is delayed three months like mine, let me cancel it easily.

My advice to the CCO is try shopping at Zalando, or ASOS, or BOL, or Coolblue, and look at how they run their shopping experience- it's easy, efficient, and user friendly. Everything OTTO is NOT.

The worst experience of my life! Do not buy!!

The WORSE SERVICE EVER!!
Facts: Order furniture on March 23, I received it on April 20 in very poor condition, with mold and broken! I returned it the next day and they told me they would deliver it in 2 weeks because it was a priority for the mistake. Today, May 26 and I have not received anything! And I call and each time they told me that in a week I will receive it, and sometimes they told me that they are sorry but that it is just in production!! It is a pity that they seem a very diverse and cool platform to buy and that they are SO bad at delivering and following up! SAD!

Joke of a company

Joke of a company.

Received my garden lounge set without screws.

Called and was promised a remedy within 3 days. Nothing after 7 days.

Called again and turns out initial call was never logged and nothing was done.

Now we're 2 weeks in and still no message or fresh promise.

Can't cancel not yet shipped item. WFT?

Ordered a smartwatch with expected delivery within 5-6 work days. Got the tracking information from post.nl, but the the post site says they don't have the product yet. It's been almost two weeks like that. I called them twice. First time they said it's on the way from Germany and should arrive soon. Called second time - they say I can't even cancel, but only send back after the shipping company actually receives my package. Otto, that's unprofessional and can save you cash by cancelling now, instead of having to loose money on the retourn policy and final shipment. Take care better of your own business if you can't do it properly from the perspective of the client care.
