Tina was quick to reply and get a missing package case opened for me. It remains to be seen what happened as I received a code to get my package (Cortland Addison Circle) and the locker opened, but there was no package inside. Nonetheless, Tina was very quick to check on the shipment and loop in the follow up team.

I had an issue with retrieving a package, the code wasn’t working. Contacted Customer Support and was assigned Andrew V. He helped me through various stages of confirming I had the updated app, verifying codes and ultimately figuring out the package was an error and removing it from my account. I was unable to locate a package that was marked delivered. I had not received a code to retrieve it.
Tina was able to help me. She found there was a box for me - she sent a code so I could get my package.

Lockers have been down for over a week
I sent this email to Parcel Pending out of frustration: it has been over a week since the lockers have been offline. I have called the customer support team 3 times and my leasing office to get some information, no one seems to know what is going on, not even your employees, which is sad. I am speaking on behalf of my neighbors and saying how inconsiderate and insensitive Parcel Pending is for not doing anything to help the situation. I am making payments on merchandise that I do not have. Emergency instances happen and there should be a way to resolve them efficiently, I am outraged at the way this is being handled, we have the right to know when we will receive our packages.
